Peace of Earth

The World Peace Prayer Society has put forth the call for everyone to join together on Saturday, August 26th, for a Day of Prayers for Gratitude and Peace.

The tri-part ceremony, which takes place in New York State, honors:
1. Native Americans
2. All the people of North America
3. All the people of the world.

At the World Peace website, you can also purchase books of prayers specifically focused on those most affected by:
• The World Trade Center attacks of September 11, 2001
• Hurricane Katrina
• The Pakistan Earthquake
• The Asian Tsunami.
