The first week in May augurs a rare alignment of celestial and terrestrial blessings. It's both the Wesak Full Moon (celebrating the birth, death and enlightenment of the Buddha) and Beltane, the cross-quarter holiday on the Wheel of the Year (Earth-based spirituality) that honors both personal blessings and the joy of community.
