Years ago, when I was training to be a speaker with Lee Glickstein, creator of Speaking Circles International, I remember he spoke of a painting on a colleague's office wall that he'd always admired from across the desk, which showed someone balancing on a tightrope. What incredible focus and skill, Lee thought. Much later, he had an opportunity to observe the painting close up, and was astonished at what he saw. The person was balancing not on a tightrope...but on a beam of light.
Lightworkers would do well to bear this teaching in mind in upcoming weeks, as we're being asked to help create balance and stability for the Earth and her evolving inhabitants as new energies continue to pour in. Archangel Michael asks us to "actively assist the process of transformation," as we move toward Summer Solstice. On June 21st and 22nd, there will be a powerful alignment of planetary energies in the solar system that will "create maximum disturbance and tension in the cosmic, solar and planetary fields." This will affect everyone's mental and emotional bodies.
The good news is that this moment also marks a turning point. Michael says, "This process began in 1998, when the first Crystal Children began to trigger the ascension process in those adults who were ready to form the first wave. That was seven years ago. There is another seven-year cycle to go before you reach the completion of this birthing cycle in 2012.
"Know, dearest ones, that this is a key moment, when you are asked to participate fully in the co-creation of the New Earth. And know too, that this is indeed a turning point. There are enough awakened and active first and second wave Lightworkers to make a real difference to the planet now, and in the years to come. Take your power and begin to be what you are: stewards of planetary peace and stability."

Health Tips for Effortless Ascension
I've been waking famished beyond belief in recent days, wondering if I had parasites again (one symptom is constant hunger). I've also been tired and irritable, sometimes shivery, but chalked that up to travel, cold and wet weather, and loss of sleep.
Ha! Once again, it's only ascension. Karen Bishop restores my faith in the innate wisdom of my 3rd dimensional self as it shifts and stretches to accommodate the latest energetic download. She says, "Currently, many of us are feeling the 'dropping body density' phase.
"It involves strong cravings for protein with a need to eat frequently (for me, it is usually every two hours), as we are requiring an unusual amount of fuel for this 'restructuring' process. Feeling dizzy, weak and faint are signs that you are needing much more fuel than you normally would, and protein is the main staple that is required here.
"Fatigue can also play a part during this particular phase, and at times, this need for extra fuel and rest can last for many weeks. It just depends upon how far you have come with your own ascension process. The farther along you are, the less these 'shifts' will affect you, as you are much more in alignment with the higher dimensions.
"Helpful tips:
* As always, drink plenty of water and get IN the water (preferably salt water).
* Eat lots of protein, and eat many small meals throughout the day.
* Rest.
* Put yourself first, and know that the Universe will follow your lead.
* If you are feeling lost or confused, get involved with some mindless activities with others. Try and 'ignore' your process as it will continue whether you are involved or not.
* Spend time with the animals or our little ones. I played with some kittens the other day and it was glorious!
* Be out in the sun or lie on the ground. Heaven and Earth are great conduits for balancing, healing and rejuvenating."

Lights, Planets, Action!
It's time for a heavenly Harmonic Concordance redux. Mars and Uranus again dance together, stirring up a grand desire for freedom, movement, change. This juicy conversation begins on May 15th, one of many intriguing celestial conjunctions with Christian holy days taking place in 2005.

Money MATTERS

For some, the pursuit of riches means everything—they look at wealth as a means of determining their own value and worth in the world. For others, money is a means to have and do what they have always wanted—it represents freedom. There are also people who claim that they aren't interested in money and look down on anyone who wants to profit from their time and talents—but realize that in the right hands money can make miracles happen. The bottom line is, money matters. Even though I have covered this topic in one of my previous books and have written articles about money matters in the past, it's worth talking about again. Only this time, I will go under the assumption that we all could use a little more money in our lives. That's why the focus of this article will be exercises to develop both a money mindset and some action steps that will help you make the second half of 2005 your best year yet—financially.
Making more money starts in your head. Some people don't earn what they are worth because they don't believe they deserve to and/or that there isn't enough money to go around or because they are complacent and aren't aware of the opportunities that exist to increase their income. Let's look at some simple suggestions to increase our wealth.
1. Get more. Take your salary from 2004 and double it. Write down or draw how that would feel and what making that much money would mean to you. Next, double that income amount and write what life would be like with four times the money coming in. Keep doubling your income and writing your responses until the income amount feels right.
2. Get real. In the middle of a page write down what you would like to earn in a year. Now draw arrows leading into that number with the possible sources of revenue needed to generate it. Open your mind to the possibilities. Use what ever method works to find money-making opportunities. Make a list of possibilities, create a mind map, emulate someone else's success, review old invoices and bank statements, tear out ideas from magazines, free write, talk to others, talk to yourself, draw, whatever you need to do to come up with ways to make more money. (See examples listed below in "Action Item I".)
3. Get emotional. Instead of dealing with numbers this time, let's look at how it would feel and the freedom this new amount of money coming into your life would mean for you and those around you. If you made (insert your ideal income here) what would you do? What would you buy? Where would you go? How would you feel about yourself? Your life? How would you be treated by others? What would you NOT have to do any longer?
4. Get going. One easy first step to having more money is to make better financial decisions on a daily basis. What is something you could cut out or cut down on to save money today? What is something you could do or sell to earn more money today?
5. Get it together. There are several things you can do to become better at making and managing money. One is to become more aware of where your money goes. Keeping track of what you spend each day (every dime) is an eye-opener. Another thing to try is to pay for items with cash for a week or two so you get in touch with how much you are truly spending. Another thing to do is to put up pictures of the things you will do, buy, enjoy when you have more money. Use these as motivators and put them up where you will see them (as a screensaver, in your wallet or on a bulletin board). On a stack of index cards write down everything you do (skills, talents, assets) that others would pay for. Put one item per card and start doing something with these. Make a list of things you can do to increase your worth—enter and win an award, team up with someone more successful, learn a new skill—and start raising your rates. Create an affirmation that reads something like this: "There is more than enough money to go around and I will earn (how much?) more than I am earning now? I am smart, talented and I deserve to be paid well." Read about and surround yourself with people who are wealthy and wise about money-matters. Learn all you can from them.

* Take better care of your stuff so it lasts longer
* Be a smart shopper and buy on sale or travel off-season
* Be more creative rather than spend big bucks on dates, gifts or parties
* Simplify
* Trade or barter rather than buy
* Cut back on bad habits
* Use coupons
* Get out of debt

Saying and Living What You Meme
This fascinating article, "The Future of the Human Race Revealed," came to me from the Light Party, with a link to Infinite Being. However, as I could not locate the article anywhere on that site, I'm republishing it here in its entirety. Enjoy!
"In the ground-breaking book, "Spiral Dynamics" by Don Beck and Christopher Cowan, 'memes' are defined as the social equivalent of genes. Memes are cultural units of information which self-replicate from mind to mind on a vast scale, appearing within society as new trends of thought.
The progression of memes reflects the development of society from its primitive beginnings up to the present. So far, eight different memes have been identified and analyzed. Their characteristics are:
Meme 1. Basic, personal survival. The most primitive motivation of just staying alive.
Meme 2. Clan survival. Tribal and family bonding along with superstition-filled attempts to understand the powers of nature which threaten to overpower them.
Meme 3. Courage, survival of the fittest. Mastering the environment, fighting to break free of constraints. Sensing many gods, all of which are models of power. This is where individuals first find their personal power but, seeing reality through a worldview of separation and limited resources, compete against each other in attempts to gain advantage. As a meme which is short on thought and long on passion, societies in this stage quickly fragment into territorial, feudal-type communities surrounded by competing, enemy communities.
Meme 4. Finding order and purpose in life. Obeying authority, regulations and externally imposed rules of behavior and morality. Sacrificing the self to a greater cause for a deferred reward. Dedicating allegiance to one supreme God. This social meme started to spread within civilization 5,000 years ago. Eventually, alliances arose between large-scale feudal structures and those who wished to develop extensive religious power.
Meme 5. Achievement, striving to succeed. Fighting to win, beating the competition, achieving independence. This meme started to spread significantly in the 1700s. It was made possible by the collapse of feudalism and also a sense of increased personal empowerment, which was a side-effect of the Protestant Reformation. It gained particular strength with the founding of the United States, whose Constitution and Bill of Rights intentionally empowered and protected individual liberty.
Meme 6. Community and caring. Unconditional love, accepting others as they are, seeing the value of service to others, the beginnings of spiritual understanding. Freedom of the spirit from greed, dogma, contention and other distractions from spiritual centeredness. This meme started to spread in the mid-1800s.
Professor Clare Graves, the originator of this branch of social science, saw the first set of six memes as a first tier of human development. He called the transition of the human race into meme number seven a momentous leap, an entry into an entirely new set of memes, a new tier of consciousness. With this new tier comes freedom from all of the fears of the prior memes, and, finally, the freedom for human cognition to focus upon its possibilities in the world.
As more and more people shift into the second tier of memes, the underpinnings of society become spiritual rather than materialistic. The second tier is expansive rather than self-serving or merely survival-oriented. Service to the world community, to the planet as a whole, becomes the inspiration as people activate these higher memes of consciousness.
"Love and light" is not just a greeting to wish someone well, it is the byline of the emerging New Reality. The future of the human race is a bright one. It is love and light.
Meme 7. Responsible freedom. Flexible flow, adapting to a world full of change. Big-picture views, the discovery of self-accountable, personal freedom. This meme started to spread after the global defeat of fascism in World War II. While most people started to look forward to the renewed chance to create personal prosperity, the beat generation of the 1950s emerged with its questioning of materialistic culture. This emerging movement examined Eastern philosophy, such as Zen Buddhism, in a search for answers to the mysteries of life.
In meme number seven, people act from an inner-directed core. Values come from fundamental, natural law, meaning that human rights are perceived as fundamental due to the fact that you exist.
By nature, seventh meme thinkers are self-accountable and independent within reason. They are honest in their communications and do not spend time on the rules of formality, unless they are important to those present. Seventh meme thinkers like technology for what it can do to improve life, and they value knowledge and competency above rank or status.
They enjoy the pleasures of life, without being bound by any of them, and pursue activities that express their inner joy. External fashions and trends have no bearing upon these choices. They have emotional control, meaning that they still express emotions, but these expressions are appropriate, and not uncontrolled outbursts.
This is a powerful meme in promoting the exploration of the greater possibilities of life. It creates information networks and networks of people which easily adapt to changing needs.
Seventh meme thinkers are concerned with the endangered world environment and want to restore viability and ecological order. Their purpose for living includes being independent within reason, knowledgeable as much as possible, and caring for others within practical limits. They are accountable to themselves as responsible individuals, yet embrace their community of associates. Rather than striving to have things or to achieve things, they prefer to pursue personal development along a pathway that is natural to them.
They can interact with people of the first six memes and speak their psychological language. They respect others' world views and unique habits, customs and cultures, even if they don't necessarily agree with them.
This meme brings a high sense of self-esteem based upon information as much as emotion. It brings an enlightened self-acceptance which acknowledges and accepts their own shortcomings and faults as mere stages along the way to acquiring more skills.
Meme 8. Holistic, global view. Spiritual awareness, learning through simply being as well as doing. Becoming conscious of the superconscious, trusting intuition. Meme 9. The mystery meme. The authors of Spiral Dynamics have identified, as of the 1990s, meme number nine. They call this the Coral meme, but they have not observed it in large quantities of people, so they cannot yet summarize its characteristics.
However, using basic metaphysical principles, you can predict exactly what meme number nine will become."
"In the ground-breaking book, "Spiral Dynamics" by Don Beck and Christopher Cowan, 'memes' are defined as the social equivalent of genes. Memes are cultural units of information which self-replicate from mind to mind on a vast scale, appearing within society as new trends of thought.
The progression of memes reflects the development of society from its primitive beginnings up to the present. So far, eight different memes have been identified and analyzed. Their characteristics are:
Meme 1. Basic, personal survival. The most primitive motivation of just staying alive.
Meme 2. Clan survival. Tribal and family bonding along with superstition-filled attempts to understand the powers of nature which threaten to overpower them.
Meme 3. Courage, survival of the fittest. Mastering the environment, fighting to break free of constraints. Sensing many gods, all of which are models of power. Meme 4. Finding order and purpose in life. Obeying authority, regulations and externally imposed rules of behavior and morality. Sacrificing the self to a greater cause for a deferred reward. Dedicating allegiance to one supreme God. This social meme started to spread within civilization 5,000 years ago. Eventually, alliances arose between large-scale feudal structures and those who wished to develop extensive religious power.
Meme 5. Achievement, striving to succeed. Fighting to win, beating the competition, achieving independence. This meme started to spread significantly in the 1700s. It was made possible by the collapse of feudalism and also a sense of increased personal empowerment, which was a side-effect of the Protestant Reformation. It gained particular strength with the founding of the United States, whose Constitution and Bill of Rights intentionally empowered and protected individual liberty.
Meme 6. Community and caring. Unconditional love, accepting others as they are, seeing the value of service to others, the beginnings of spiritual understanding. Freedom of the spirit from greed, dogma, contention and other distractions from spiritual centeredness. This meme started to spread in the mid-1800s.
Professor Clare Graves, the originator of this branch of social science, saw the first set of six memes as a first tier of human development. He called the transition of the human race into meme number seven a momentous leap, an entry into an entirely new set of memes, a new tier of consciousness. With this new tier comes freedom from all of the fears of the prior memes, and, finally, the freedom for human cognition to focus upon its possibilities in the world.
As more and more people shift into the second tier of memes, the underpinnings of society become spiritual rather than materialistic. The second tier is expansive rather than self-serving or merely survival-oriented. Service to the world community, to the planet as a whole, becomes the inspiration as people activate these higher memes of consciousness.
"Love and light" is not just a greeting to wish someone well, it is the byline of the emerging New Reality. The future of the human race is a bright one. It is love and light.
Meme 7. Responsible freedom. Flexible flow, adapting to a world full of change. Big-picture views, the discovery of self-accountable, personal freedom. This meme started to spread after the global defeat of fascism in World War II. While most people started to look forward to the renewed chance to create personal prosperity, the beat generation of the 1950s emerged with its questioning of materialistic culture. This emerging movement examined Eastern philosophy, such as Zen Buddhism, in a search for answers to the mysteries of life.
In meme number seven, people act from an inner-directed core. Values come from fundamental, natural law, meaning that human rights are perceived as fundamental due to the fact that you exist.
By nature, seventh meme thinkers are self-accountable and independent within reason. They are honest in their communications and do not spend time on the rules of formality, unless they are important to those present. Seventh meme thinkers like technology for what it can do to improve life, and they value knowledge and competency above rank or status.
They enjoy the pleasures of life, without being bound by any of them, and pursue activities that express their inner joy. External fashions and trends have no bearing upon these choices. They have emotional control, meaning that they still express emotions, but these expressions are appropriate, and not uncontrolled outbursts.
This is a powerful meme in promoting the exploration of the greater possibilities of life. It creates information networks and networks of people which easily adapt to changing needs.
Seventh meme thinkers are concerned with the endangered world environment and want to restore viability and ecological order. Their purpose for living includes being independent within reason, knowledgeable as much as possible, and caring for others within practical limits. They are accountable to themselves as responsible individuals, yet embrace their community of associates. Rather than striving to have things or to achieve things, they prefer to pursue personal development along a pathway that is natural to them.
They can interact with people of the first six memes and speak their psychological language. They respect others' world views and unique habits, customs and cultures, even if they don't necessarily agree with them.
This meme brings a high sense of self-esteem based upon information as much as emotion. It brings an enlightened self-acceptance which acknowledges and accepts their own shortcomings and faults as mere stages along the way to acquiring more skills.

A Buddha-Full Eclipse
April 24th heralds a full moon eclipse on a day known as Wesak, the Buddha's birthday. Astrologer Ingrid Jeffries (Ingrid@ijnorthstar@fastmailfm) offers insight into what this might mean for us, individually and collectively:

Happy Earth Day, Co-Creators!
Wherever you celebrate life on our planet today, the 35th anniversary of Earth Day is as much about our metaphysical environment as our physical one.
You already know 2005 is the wildest energetic ride yet, as we awaken en masse and surf into the new. April's been an amazing month thus far, a "gateway" opportunity between two eclipses (solar on April 8th, with the new moon in Aries; lunar upcoming on the 24th, Wesak or the Buddha full (beautiful) moon.) During this period we were Pope-less for a time, creating an opening for the Divine Feminine to penetrate the Church consciousness and begin to bring back the balance that has been so long suppressed.
Astrologically speaking, this shift in consciousness is possible because "Pluto, the engine of transformation, is now conjunct the Galactic Center. The powerful transmissions from the Galactic Center or the Divine Mother are being amplified through Pluto, so that change is unavoidable and rapid.

A Penny Saved Is...Wealth On The Way!
As I was buying a telephone cord adapter in the hardware store earlier, I handed the clerk two extra pennies, mentioning offhandedly, "They're not worth anything anyway." Was I wrong!
She proceeded to tell me about a friend of hers named Penny. When Penny was born, her parents began saving their pennies. They asked friends to give them their pennies, too, and, since many people hold the view I expressed above, they were happy to be rid of the "worthless" copper cluttering up their pockets and purses.
On Penny's 16th birthday, her parents surprised her with a brand-new car, purchased with the pennies they'd saved over the previous sixteen years. And, the store clerk hastened to assure me, "It was a really nice car, too, not the cheapest one available."
What a teaching in the value of pennies—and perseverance. Penny's parents are a living example of what it means to use good cent$!

The Eye of God
On Friday, as I was entering an all-weekend workshop called Eliminating Interference Patterns of DNA, a friend e-mailed me the "Eye of God" photo taken by the Hubble telescope in 2003. I'd never seen it before, and the image made me want to weep; it felt like a benediction of Universal Love.
Is it a coincidence that this weekend's vibrational healing work focused on unconditional love as one of the major keys to accessing universal energies for transformation?
And is it a coincidence that during today's partnered medical intuitive readings, the woman "reading" me saw an eye in my heart?
The God's Eye photo is said to come from a Sun-like star at the end of its life. Maybe when a star dies, we are finally able to see the Love that it was emitting all along. Our own Sun is still burning brightly, helping us to see the God/Goddess in each other right now.

Mental Health Alert: Cracks In The Cosmic Mirror
Since my own awakening, I find people often use me as a projection screen for their movie. Even knowing this, it continually catches me unprepared. This last week, however, has sent shock waves rippling through my open heart: two people (staff at a healing center, no less) have attacked me without apparent cause--save, perhaps, that who I am and how I express my truth has rocked their world just slightly more than is comfortable.
It was therefore comforting to log on to Karen's latest report for What's Up On Planet Earth, and see that what I (and they) are experiencing is just another aspect of our planetary shift-in-process.
"You may have recently found inappropriate boundary behavior with people around you, situations regarding feelings of vulnerability regarding boundaries, or quite simply a sense that there is much commotion or presence in your space even if unseen at the physical level.
"Just as we needed to use proper respect, structure and protocol in regard to boundaries in 3D, the same most certainly holds true in the higher dimensions as well.
"And as many are new to these new energies and this now deeper and immediate connection with others in higher ways (telepathy, connecting at higher levels, and communication without words, etc.), we can easily find ourselves in the space of others even if simply through thought or intention, and must now become mindful of a new way of operating and being in this rapidly unfolding New World."
And, of course--how could I have forgotten?--any area of our beings not yet light-filled will show up as fear. When we are afraid, we lash out at what feels like the target. I let out a huge sigh of relief as I remembered, and blessed both women on their journey.
"If you look in the mirror and do not know who you are or feel as if someone is talking and it is not you, you are not alone. You are simply strengthening your connection to your higher self. You may also not feel like doing a thing and not be able to concentrate, as a sense of floating around aimlessly is a result of a much less dense environment.
"But there are certainly upsides as well. In an instant now, we can shift gears and place ourselves in an incredibly good space of our choice. As we learn to navigate in these higher realms, we will find that our intention is much more powerful and immediate than ever before."
Keep those cosmic surfboards well waxed, fellow travelers, and let's ride these new energy waves with release and joy, "straight on till Morning," as Peter Pan described Home.

After Shocks: Soulquakes and Synchronicity
The first Indonesian earthquake rocked the world the day after Christmas. The second, measuring nearly as high on the Richter scale but not generating another tsunami, occurred the day after Easter.
Two cataclysmic events take place on the days following the two biggest holidays on the Christian calendar, having to do with the birth and ascension of one of the great world teachers of the past few millennia. Is it "just" a coincidence, or is there a cosmic message for us here?
Sandie Sedgbeer, editor of PlanetLightworker.com, says in her April Letter from the Editor that something significant's going on. For one thing, this second quake did not result in another devastating tsunami.
"According to many people I know who are especially sensitive to such things, the difference in energy in the week after Easter has been palpable. Several have even been experiencing what they liken to an “internal tsunami’ of emotional upheaval. Now I can’t comment on others’ personal experiences, but it certainly gets my attention when something occurs to the Earth in one area, and thousands of miles away people start experiencing internal energetic echoes."
If we understand the truth that All is One and "as above, so below," then it makes perfect sense: Gaia expressed the emotion for us last time, and humans felt it in their beings this time, so there was no need for an outward expression of the same energy.
We are rising. It is the moment of the Quickening, and we are. We're also in a Mercury retrograde in fire (Aries). Fire and water are perfect complements, action/emotion, solar/lunar polarities. We're healing all the rifts in our collective psyche and soma, and no matter how strange it might look, we're, as Sandie observes, totally in tune with the Universe.

Financial Cholesterol
This brilliant juxtaposition of the fiscal and physical comes from money psychologist Maria Nemeth, Ph.D. I'm reading her book, "The Energy of Money," while I rejuvenate at Wellspring Renewal Center in verdant Mendocino County, CA. Her book is the perfect resource to have found me at this "center for the renewal of the Human Spirit," as the Wellspring brochure states. One definition of prosperity is "well being"!
Nemeth counsels that in order to become "conscious conduits of energy," we need to plug our money leaks and clean up our "money sludge". Money blocks typically take the form of old, worn-out modes of thinking that no longer apply in our lives, and/or incomplete money business: unkept financial promises such as outstanding loans and other debts, lack of appropriate savings and investments, insurance, etc.
Too much of this "financial cholesterol" clogs our fiscal arteries. Nemeth recommends taking inventory of your money status (beginning by balancing your checkbook!), and then taking "authentic action" to clear your money drain so you can become the affluent channel you desire and deserve to be.
Affluence literally means, "to flow abundance." When your pipeline's clear, money can flow in. See my article "Money, Sex and Power for more details.

Just Another Day In Paradox
I've often written about the importance of learning to hold the "both/and", rather than an either/or perspective. Never has this ability to surrender into apparent paradox been more crucial than in the heady year 2005, as we open to greater levels of awareness and our Divinity than ever before.
Isaac George, who channels Archangels Ariel and Michael, has brought through a powerful transmission for Passion Week. Here's an excerpt from Ariel:
"In the balance of all that you are, all that you have experienced, all of your memories, and everything else that makes up what you refer to as your 'reality', it is paramount to behold the most basic of realizations. You are neither in control, nor are you out of control. It is time to redefine what you perceive as being a Master and also of being Hu-man. It is essential to collapse your identities into a single beingness, to reduce your reactive experience within the shared realities on this Planet, and it will serve you to take a fuller responsibility for accepting what you can change and also what you cannot. For instance, let us begin with 'creating your own reality', otherwise known as Cocreation.
"You feel an impulse, a desire, or simply a need. Your mind is always very busy with needs and wants. Your heart is busy with dreams and desires. Your Soul is busy with nothing, except experiencing itself in relationship to its divine blueprint and the offshoots of its creations. Your Spirit witnesses with detachment the primary directive, which is to become fully conscious on every level of Being, in every layer of form and formlessness. Simple, isn't it? You have been pushing forward into matter for eons of time, until the light of your divine memory was so dim that you could barely perceive it, and now you are pushing toward unity with All That Is as fast as you can, and you can barely wait for that singular moment of Reunion. However, you have been cocreating this design of expression, as well as living it out. Just You and It. What if it's all been OK? Could you drop the headlong rush toward the spiritual finish line (doesn't exist), and just be OK with who and where you are right now?
"Cocreating is the realm of expression, not compression. Mastery is not you mastering Life, or the Elements, or the Universe. Ultimate cocreation is letting go of control. Determining what the value of a choice is, and where it comes from IS in your control. These are the games, the very endgames of the Ego. End the Game. Life is not something you master, it is something you co-creatively participate with and EXPRESS. You CHOOSE what you wish to experience, and it will just happen, or not. After all, whose will have you asked to be done here? If there is something to master, then recognize you are here to master your self- concepts, memories and beliefs, and then dump them overboard!"

Health Alert: Symptoms of Your 6th Dimensional Upgrade
Now that the Paradise grid has anchored Earth in the 5th dimension, the word from our celestial counselors is, we can expand our consciousness into the 6th dimension.
Since most of us are not all that experienced in amping up the frequency so frequently, it's likely to look a little chaotic in 3D. Archangel Michael advises that if you've decided to accept the "upgrade," be prepared for some or all of the following symptoms to manifest:
* Spaciness/ungroundedness
* Feeling as though time is speeding up even more than before
* Severe migraine headaches and abdominal pain, indicative of rewiring and new meridians coming online
* Fuzzy vision
* Pain in the back of the neck
* An increasing sense of living in a dream and unreality, as in the Beatles' "Strawberry Fields"
* An increase in joy and playfulness--the 6th dimension is the Playground Dimension!
* Psychic connection to the citizens of 6D: dolphins, whales, fairies and elementals
* The "usual" clearing symptoms of dimensional shift: dizziness, diarrhea, joint pains, nausea, disorientation, disturbed sleeping patterns, exhaustion
* Increased psychic and telepathic abilities

The Ides of March: Health Hazard or Opportunity?
Five centuries after Shakespeare's astrologer counseled Julius Caesar, "Beware the Ides of March!", we still shudder at the thought that March 15th might harbor some hidden hazard.
But it's just another day, albeit one that was part of a convoluted calendar. In ancient Rome, each month had an "ides." In March, May, July and October, the ides fell on the 15th. In the other eight months, however, the ides fell on the 13th.
Maybe Julius meant to follow the advice, but got his months mixed up. Or maybe he just didn't place much store in prophecy.
In recent history, the rock group, The Ides of March had a hit with the upbeat tune, "Vehicle." The lead singer went on to superstardom as the founder of Survivor. Yet the Ides continued to play and record. The group's now been together, with all the original band members, for 40 years.
Mythologically speaking, the ides of March can transport you where you most need to go. If you pay attention and pay your dues, you won't pay the Piper--and you may hit pay dirt.

Solar Flares and Emotional Eruptions
Been flying off the handle a bit lately? Relax. It's only ascension.
A lengthy channeling from the Ashtar Command, excerpted below, reminds us that what is happening in the Heavens, on Earth and in our own beings is all cosmic mirroring. Each of us is a Sun, carrying the Light of the Great Central Sun within us, and "being the bridge of this Light between you and the Earth, just as your solar sun is the bridge between the Central Sun and your solar sun." As above, so below.
Ashtar counsels, "As you witness the solar sun eruptions and flares, look at the other 'suns' about you and you will see these same flare-ups and eruptions taking place. As you witness this mirror effect, look below you and you will also see all kinds of erratic behavior and eruptions taking place upon the Earth.
"Ah, but I would ask you…is the planet reflecting YOUR behavior, which in turn is affecting the behavior of your solar sun, OR is it beginning at the Great Central Sun level and having a ripple effect down into the Earth? Who is mirroring whom? Well, I will tell you now that it is indeed a two-way mirror, for All is One and each reflects the Whole.
"You must keep the energy within your physical, mental and emotional bodies moving, balanced, and in a state of 'flow'. You do this through the releasing of energies which no longer serve your highest good. And we know you know this, but perhaps it is time for a little reminder, yes?
"As you do these releases, know that your actions will be mirrored by the planetary body. It is through these necessary releases, which manifest on every level, that the entire universe is rising in Light frequency back to the One.
"We ask you to see and understand these cosmic and planetary eruptions as what they truly are: the releases that are necessary for the ascension you have asked for.
"And I would hasten to add, bless also those other embodied 'suns' around you when they erupt in a less-than-pleasant outburst, knowing and understanding that they, too, are simply releasing energies which have put them out of balance due to the reflections they have been given from others. For every release, no matter how small you may deem it to be, is reflected throughout the universe for the highest good of All."

Your Universal Bank Account
I came across this timeless truth in a book of Ann Landers' old newspaper columns. It's a little corny but a good reminder:
"You Can Bank On It"
Imagine you had a bank that each morning credited your account with $1,440 - with one condition: whatever part of the $1,440 you had failed to use during the day would be erased from your account, and no balance would be carried over.
What would you do? You'd draw out every cent every day and use it to your best advantage.
Well, you do have such a bank, and its name is Time. Every morning, this bank credits you with 1,440 minutes. And it writes off as lost forever whatever portion you have failed to invest to good purpose.
