Aries in Action

With the New Moon in Aries (and my Moon in Aries) I've been feeling the tug to fast-forward my life in a really major way, the past week especially. Last Friday night, when I was randomly (I thought!) cruising accelerator artist Bryan de Flores' website, I noticed he was offering a Masters of the Universe Ambassador Training (is that an Aries-inspired title, or what?), this coming week for 3 days, and again in early May. Both events were sold out.

Fortunately, that's never stopped me before. I e-mailed him saying Spirit had directed me to contact him on the chance there might be a cancellation, as I felt strongly called to participate. The May 2-4 event would be best.

Well, Bryan e-mailed back Saturday morning saying, there was indeed a last-minute opening...for the training starting this Wednesday. I gleefully responded, "OK, I'm in!" I'll be on the road a bit later today...and will report in next week, after I've mastered how to be an even better player for the planet.

This is how the magic is moving now: we are in the flow, and it's a swift current. Sometimes it manifests as tragedy, like the horrific massacre in Virginia yesterday, not to mention the weekend of intense storms in New England. It's part of the Great Purification at this turning of the Ages, long prophesied by the Maya, the Hopi, and numerous other peoples with access to the ancient wisdom. The keynote is change, but what that "looks like" will be up to each of us.

My East Coast astrologer friend Judy Goldberg sent links to some other helpful Aries astro info, closing her e-mail with the incisive message, "Tuesday is kick-off day. The Universe is behind your actions. Get moving!"

May you dance yourself deLightedly into ever more expansive Divine expression, this New Moon and always...

Blessings!

Abbott & Costello - Revived

Thanks to Violette Ruffley for forwarding on this hilarious update on the old Abbott and Costello routine, "Who's On First?" Anyone who's just learning about technology or purchasing their first computer will no doubt laugh with recognition, as I did:

COSTELLO CALLS TO BUY A COMPUTER FROM ABBOTT

ABBOTT: Super Duper Computer Store. Can I help you?
COSTELLO: Thanks. I'm setting up an office in my den and I'm thinking about buying a computer.
ABBOTT: Mac?
COSTELLO: No, the name's Lou.
ABBOTT: Your computer?
COSTELLO: I don't own a computer. I want to buy one.
ABBOTT: Mac?
COSTELLO: I told you, my name's Lou.
ABBOTT: What about Windows?
COSTELLO: Why? Will it get stuffy in here?
ABBOTT: Do you want a computer with Windows?
COSTELLO: I don't know. What will I see when I look at the windows?
ABBOTT: Wallpaper.
COSTELLO: Never mind the windows. I need a computer and software.
ABBOTT: Software for Windows?
COSTELLO: No. On the computer! I need something I can use to write proposals, track expenses and run my business. What do you have?
ABBOTT: Office.
COSTELLO: Yeah, for my office. Can you recommend anything?
ABBOTT: I just did.
COSTELLO: You just did what?
ABBOTT: Recommend something.
COSTELLO: You recommended something?
ABBOTT: Yes.
COSTELLO: For my office?
ABBOTT: Yes.
COSTELLO: OK, what did you recommend for my office?
ABBOTT: Office.
COSTELLO: Yes, for my office!
ABBOTT: I recommend Office with Windows.
COSTELLO: I already have an office with windows! OK, let's just say I'm sitting at my computer and I want to type a proposal. What do I need?
ABBOTT: Word.
COSTELLO: What word?
ABBOTT: Word in Office.
COSTELLO: The only word in office is office.
ABBOTT: The Word in Office for Windows.
COSTELLO: Which word in office for Windows?
ABBOTT: The Word you get when you click the blue "W".
COSTELLO: I'm going to click your blue "w" if you don't start with some straight answers. What about financial bookkeeping? You have anything I can track my money with?
ABBOTT: Money.
COSTELLO: That's right. What do you have?
ABBOTT: Money.
COSTELLO: I need money to track my money?
ABBOTT: It comes bundled with your computer.
COSTELLO: What's bundled with my computer?
ABBOTT: Money.
COSTELLO: Money comes with my computer?
ABBOTT: Yes. No extra charge.
COSTELLO: I get a bundle of money with my computer? How much?
ABBOTT: One copy.
COSTELLO: Isn't it illegal to copy money?
ABBOTT: Microsoft gave us a license to copy Money.
COSTELLO: They can give you a license to copy money?
ABBOTT: Why not? THEY OWN IT!

(A few days later)

ABBOTT: Super Duper Computer Store. Can I help you?
COSTELLO: How do I turn my computer off?
ABBOTT: Off? Click on "START".............

Cosmic Serenity

Listening to Caroline Casey's Visionary Activist Radio Show on KPFA Thursday afternoons is always revivifying, especially so when she duets with other astrological talent, as she did today with Dale "DocChiron" O'Brien.

An authority on planetary body Chiron (which holds a special spot in my heart since I was born with Chiron, often depicted as the archetypal wounded healer, conjunct my Sun), O'Brien was discussing the shifting Saturn and Uranus patterns now. Saturn, the planet of discipline, structure and status quo, turns direct on April 19th. Uranus is the wild child of the zodiac who heralds the eclectic and electric ~ and is also my ruling planet, as an Aquarian!

He suddenly said, "One way to look at Saturn, Uranus and Chiron in a soundbite is the Serenity Prayer:

'Accept the things I cannot change' ~ that's Saturn
'Courage to change the things I can' ~ that's Uranus
'The wisdom to know the difference' ~ that's Chiron."

How enLighening. I'll never hear the Serenity Prayer in quite the same way again...

Jupiterian Judgment: the Good, the Bad, the Wild!

As we celebrate both the Jewish Passover and Christian Easter, it's a potent time to evaluate where we want to be free and resurrected in our lives. Intuitive astrologer Tara Greene, whose wise and witty readings rain down from Canada to enliven my Spirit regularly, has an especially juicy jolt from Jupiter, now retrograding in its home sign of Sagittarius:

"Jupiter retro’s mambo for 4 months asks us to re-examine our loftiest goals, aims and spiritual desires. Are we shooting our arrows to the highest peaks, shooting our mouths off or shooting ourselves in the foot? Are we following our truth and understanding the dictates of the Spirit? Are we a tad too judgmental? Are we too breezy easy and optimistic?

Are we truly listening to spirit? Are we growing, expanding, taking risks? What do we gamble with too much? Where do we need to reign in our ever-expanding appetites for more? In our quest for learning, what are we truly learning? How is Justice serving us? Let’s look at politics—do our 'elected' politicians and world leaders serve our needs, or we theirs? Has the state of the world/your life got you wondering when the last time you felt truly optimistic was? Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and have some fun, take a break, go to Vegas or Niagara Falls for a coupla days. Eat what you want when you want it. Take up sports, get a new pet, take a course and learn a foreign language.

Learn to tango, plan an exotic adventure now, move it, groove it, get exhilarated with the chase, and by all means ride a horse, remember your animal nature. Everybody’s doin’ the brand new dance now! - The Trot - the dancercise craze of 2007! Trot it to the grocery store, trot it to the bank, trot it in the city streets, let your flanks quiver, polish your hooves, whinny, shake your glossy mane, and get galloping into this big adventure called your Life!"

A Poetic Perspective on Letting Go with Grace

What Shines subscriber Susan Schwartz shared a truly poetic response to the April newsletter, which focuses on stepping up to the transformational plate collectively, surrendering our minds to our hearts. May her words resound for you:

"You are broadcasting on galactic frequencies—
Tuning and focusing thoughts...

Just tonight, before I read your newsletter, I spent the
Evening with my mom
(the Passover Seder)
A story of rebirth, passage though narrow places.

We speak of young people 'coming of age'
But the truth is, we 'come of age' at many times in our lives.
Each stage a leaving behind of the old
And entering the new

When we are born
When our bodies leave childhood
When we leave home
Join another
Have children
Watch children leave
And, the most profound,
When we lose, almost completely
Who we once knew ourselves to be
And become unknown to ourselves
Free from the confines of our memories
The experience, knowledge that shaped our memories
And self perceptions
Free to create, re-design and imagine new stories
For ourselves
New places we’ve been and are
Every moment new
We lose one mind,
But find another – or others

A true coming of age
Entering a new era
Filled with possibility
Each one alive for a minute or a moment
Lost
And then, re-created again.

Thank you for
Your words, guidance and light.

It is, as always,
profound."

Steppin' Out in Faith

This was the title of the second newsletter I wrote, 'way back in June 2000, and the directive is just as true today: every time I relax into thinking I'm going to "settle in" for awhile, Spirit reminds me I'm on a nomadic path, and that requires walking on faith, always. Since I declared this truth out loud with my article, The New Nomads: Spiritual Sojourners with a Global Vision, I've been hearing some extraordinary and inspiring stories of how many of us are living on the edge of the New, creating a lifestyle that is at once avant-garde and ancient. People have always lived nomadically; what's unprecedented is the numbers of us who are choosing this path in planetary service.

But whether or not you're a New Nomad, we're all being called to step out in tremendous faith, as Pluto is doing a slow, deliberate dance of deliverance on the entire earth body's inhabitants. It's only humans who are challenged to adapt.

The following wisdom from astrologer Stephanie Austin may be helpful:

"As Pluto moves retrograde (until September 7), we are called to examine every area of our life and to eliminate what is not in alignment with our soul intentions. The cosmic message to check our spiritual compass is amplified by Jupiter's approaching station retrograde on April 5th. Jupiter stations at 20º Sagittarius and moves retrograde until August 6th, prodding us to question our assumptions, review our options, and get back on track if we have taken a detour.

"On Monday, April 2nd, a Full Moon peaks at 10:15 AM PDT at 13º Aries-Libra. The cosmic keynote for this Full Moon is courage. It takes courage to grow, to face the unknown. It takes willpower to overcome the pull of the past. It takes resolve to endure discomfort or disapproval. Aries is the first sign of the zodiac, the energy of initiation, of breaking new ground and birthing new forms. It is also the first fire sign, and fire requires continuous fuel. Creation never ceases. Nature abhors a vacuum. God dislikes boredom. As creators, we too perpetually encounter new edges, new frontiers. This Full Moon illuminates that we are facing a new challenge, and reminds us that as we grow, relationships that honor and support authenticity can grow also.

"During the Full Moon, the Sun at 13° Aries makes a wide trine to Saturn at 18° Leo (exact trine on April 8th) and also to Jupiter at 20° Sagittarius (exact trine on April 9th). This forms a Grand Trine in Fire, a high energy time which remains in effect for the first two weeks of April. Much can be accomplished with a minimum of resistance, as Jupiter in Sagittarius boosts optimism, Saturn in Leo urges us to follow our hearts, and the Sun in Aries nudges us to take action.

"In essence, all these alignments say: 'Take the first step in faith. You don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.' ~ Martin Luther King."

The Grass is Always Greener Under the Power of Intention

Peace troubadour James Twyman is calling it the Miracle on the White House lawn. During a peace ceremony commemorating the Season for Non-Violence in Washington, D.C. last Sunday, the "Children's Cloth of Many Colors" was gently laid on the grass in the form of a peace sign, for about 15 minutes.

The next day, the grass where the cloth had lain was longer and greener than the rest of the lawn, in the shape of a gigantic peace sign!

James says, "I believe that this miracle was caused by two factors. First of all, there were hundreds of thousands of people focusing on the Capitol ceremony while it was taking place. At one point we actually held hands around the peace sign and called upon the energy of all those people from around the world, feeling their presence around the quilt with us. The intent of so many people can be a powerful energetic force and seems to have catalyzed a change in the actual earth, causing the grass to grow greener and longer overnight.

"Second, I believe that in some way and for some reason the earth is literally giving us a sign. This is a critical point in the history of the world. If we don't begin turning our thoughts and actions toward peace, for both humanity and the environment, a deep crisis may be around the corner. For me the peace sign on the lawn of the US Capitol is both a warning and a symbol of hope. I'm hoping we'll listen and begin working for peace."

The Energy of Partnership, Local and Global

We're living in a time where our thoughts and desires can instantly manifest, if we allow this to be our reality. All the lightkeepers whom I reference in these postings say this, yet I find that in my own life, manifestation is most effortless and instantaneous when I simply have the thought, with no attachment whatsoever to outcome. Then, whether it's something simple and small or simple and huge, realization is easy. Of course, this faith-full relaxed approach, the not-doing, is generally my/our greatest challenge!

Here's a small example: over the weekend, I was writing my April e-newsletter, What Shines. After drafting the main article, I wondered what to include for the follow-through section, called "Shine On." Knowing something appropriate would arrive, I went to a local park, and soon bumped into an acquaintance who gives talks and workshops focused on feminine spirituality. She invited me to walk with her.

Anne shared how she was in a deep depression after a recent presentation. Her story dovetailed precisely with the subject of my newsletter, and, as we co-created a healing outcome, she said lightheartedly before driving away, "Well, shine on!" She has never read the newsletter ~ but you'll need to, to discover the amazing synchronicities and blessings of this encounter. And yes, her story became the Shine On segment.

On a grander scale, South Africa's Celia Fenn writes that as part of her commitment to New Earth energies, she will be traveling to the Netherlands in April to "hold workshops in partnership with Jhadten Jewall from Canada, Dionne Hogen from the Netherlands and Ian Henderson, who lives in Holland and is originally from the UK. We will work with ascension, transformation, global networking energies, twin flame unions and the cetacean/human partnership."

This sounded so major to me I wondered why I wasn't traveling globally as well, until I remembered that it's the thought behind any action that matters. Celia says, "For all of us, the challenge now is to really 'walk our talk' and make the shift into New Earth consciousness. We need to take our power and remember who we are. We are powerful creators and it is time to co-create with Spirit, the world that we have dreamed and desired.

"As Archangel Michael (whom she channels) keeps saying, it is a choice, and a choice we will still need to make every day in this period. We can choose to be in the lower dimensions of fear and chaos, or we can choose to be in the higher dimensions of love and peace. It is always our choice. It takes great courage and strength to make the choice for peace and love, even when those around you make other choices. Remember, we are still living between two worlds, and will do so for a while. It is up to us to keep 'tuning' our energy to the New Earth, and not to get caught up in the dramas of the old."

Skidding Among the Stars

Astrologer Tara Greene calls our March celestial madness cosmic lemonade, and promises today and tomorrow will be brighter than the past weeks have felt (boy, have I felt it! Not a decent night's sleep since about 3/13...). Watch out for a backlash on Sunday, though. It's all Pluto plunging the depths to clear us out for the new ~ not to mention a couple of potent eclipses in the mix, and planets with opposite energies pulling on us simultaneously. It's enough to make anyone opt for a different orbit!

Here's a summary of Tara's current wisdom:

Sat. March 24th - Moon trines Neptune at 2:02 pm EDT - This is lovely lovely lovely. Meditate, soothe your over-wired brain. Take a nap in the afternoon and have powerful dreams and inspirations. Most great inventions came to Einstein, Singer, etc. in dreams and reveries—waking dreams! Paint a picture, write poetry, go to a poetry rave. see a play. Emotions may be in the head and airy here but coming from a higher level of Piscean bliss.

Sun. March 25 - Moon opposes Pluto at 3:57 am EDT - This is always a dangerous aspect. The tsunami in Indonesia and the World Trade Center bombings both occurred under this lunation. This one may be especially potent at the Galactic Center. Fierce storms and high winds, tornadoes, etc., will make the news. Airline crashes also likely; late night arguments that seem to pull you into a black hole. We may feel that all our thinking and consciousness will eventually be sucked down into that huge cosmic toilet bowl called The Void. Can be depressing, but the only cure is to go into the black hole. The tricky part is getting out. But if you dare to do it, there are huge rewards as long as you go as a humanitarian explorer, leaving your ego on the doorstep of the event horizon.

Another form of Ascension

As we enter the Equinoctial gateway, we may feel like flying into freedom after a long winter...and Myth*ing Links creator Kathleen Jenks, PhD, offers an intriguing portal to do so. I love her site; it's chock-full of mythological lore and sacred traditions from her decades as a core faculty member in the Mythological Studies Department of Pacifica Graduate Institute (home of the libraries & archives of Joseph Campbell, Marija Gimbutas, & James Hillman).

Enjoy her story of teaching herself to fly ~ and discovering long afterwards that she had tapped into an ancient Navajo knowing about "rapid transit rainbows." And celebrate the rebirth of the Light. It's going to be a season of incredible, impeccable possibility!

Illusion Tells the Truth

I've just come from seeing one of the newest films in the genre that's come to be known as "spiritual cinema" or "movies that matter." Stephen Simon, the originator of Spiritual Cinema Circle and producer of such classics as What Dreams May Come and Somewhere In Time, told Jeff Edelheit, our local spiritual cinema director who was fortunate enough to gain an interview with Simon, that he "only makes movies that allow people to feel good about life."

Illusion, featuring legendary actor Kirk Douglas and visionary writer/director/performer Michael Goorjian, tells the story of a renowned filmmaker at the end of his life, whose one secret regret is the son he never knew. Before the final cut, so to speak, Donald Baines is given a unique opportunity, through the medium to which he's devoted his life, to essentially "rewrite the script" for his son's life. It's deeply moving and thoroughly believable, recalling to my mind some of the best elements of films that have left an indelible impression on my psyche:

Powder
Defending Your Life
Resurrection

As I watched, I also thought of the holiday classic, A Christmas Carol. When you see the movie, you'll no doubt understand why I feel all the foregoing have some bearing on Illusion.

My praise shares good company: no less a luminary than Francis Ford Coppola lauds the film, as does What the Bleep Do We Know!? director, Mark Vicente.

Check the Spiritual Cinema Network for a location near you; Illusion is being shown in many new-thought churches around the US, such as The Center for Spiritual Living and Unity. Or request the film come to your area (that's how What the Bleep took off: by word of mouth.)

It's time to bring dying into the Light. This film takes a sensitive and soul-inspiring look at what's possible when we open our hearts to all that really matters in life: LOVE.

Closeout Sale On the Mind

Ready for a great release? This weekend's solar eclipse in Pisces heralds a huge opportunity for surrender and re-visioning! It's a callback to 19 years ago: in the spring of '88, I was awakening, remembering who I am and beginning to reclaim my essence and life purpose. It was a heady time ~ and little did I know what waited in the wings.

Astrologer Stephanie Austin, whose name you may recognize from her Mountain Astrologer magazine column, says:

"We're approaching an extra powerful New Moon, a Solar Eclipse, which forms on Sunday, March 18th at 7:43 PM PDT at 28º Pisces. A New Moon marks the ending and beginning of a monthly cycle; a Solar Eclipse signals that we are closing out a major chapter in our life. Exactly nineteen years ago, on March 18, 1988, there was a Solar Eclipse at 28º’ Pisces. What was happening for you that spring? What is calling you now? What was important last autumn, when there was a Solar Eclipse at 29º Virgo, closely opposite this eclipse?

"Pisces represents the alpha and omega, the infinite, endless journey of creation. A Solar Eclipse in Pisces draws us towards a more unified consciousness, towards seeing beyond the illusion of duality and separation. Having been and done everything, we come to see every aspect of life as part of the divine play. A Course in Miracles speaks to the ultimate goal of Pisces: “When you want only love, you will see nothing else.”

"Pluto at 29º Sagittarius closely squares this Solar Eclipse, symbolizing the necessity to let go of what is no longer serving us. A square is a turning point, a need to “square” things. Pluto's exact square to the Sun on March 19th helps us see what we need to weed or prune in our lives in order to grow. What is no longer working? What is true now? What is your intuition telling you? Pluto challenges us to question everything that closes our minds and hearts.

"This Solar Eclipse interrupts old patterns, and offers instructions for a higher level of understanding and being. To more easily tune into your next step, schedule some quiet time around this weekend and meditate during the peak of the eclipse if possible."

High Five!

The number 5 has long figured prominently in my life, beginning with growing up at 5 Romaine Court. In 1995, during my "dark night of the soul" journey, I received a Polarity bodywork session. At its conclusion, in a blissful state of heightened awareness in which I couldn't "feel" my body, I saw a door with the number "5" emblazoned on it. The door was tightly shut, and my Polarity therapist wisely suggested it was not yet time for me to open it.

As so often happens for me during this archetypal adventure I call "my life," what I assumed was about "me" was really a prescient call from out collective future. What follows is some fabulous "5" information from the brilliant near-death and Indigo children researcher P.M.H. Atwater. Unfortunately, her web pages do not have discrete links, so I can't link to this precise page, but here's the material (there's LOTS more!):

THE FIFTH WORLD – AN EXPLOSION OF FIVES

There can be no doubt that the Fifth World, predicted by revelators and prophets for thousands of years, is now here, and accelerating – moving into what is termed "ascension." Repeating "fives" are extraordinary. Most are discussed at length in the book (Beyond the Indigo Children: The New Children and the Coming of the Fifth World), but another, very important one was missed. I include it here – the fifth wave in communications – along with a brief overview. Here are the major fives. Be certain to read the book for in-depth descriptions:

Fifth World: polarities shift
Fifth Root Race: blue
Fifth Element: ether
Fifth Chakra: will power
Fifth Brain: the heart
Fifth Dimension: free from time/space states; intention rules
Fifth Ray: Venus (associated with mercy and Goddess Kuan Yin)
Fifth Communication Wave: personal computers
Five Senses: shift to higher modes, expand, enlarge
Five Types of Intelligence: kids excel in those that cannot be tested
Five: the number of the human family/the human species
Five<: the number of change and progress
14th Generation: Five, Millennials, the Shift Generation in the age of Shift

The five waves of communication in the human family:

1st wave: verbal communication, sign language
2nd wave: use of stele: inscriptions on markers, stones, pillars, flat surfaces/walls
3rd wave: the invention of papyrus: a paper-like material for writing on, scrolls, ancient documents
4th wave: printing from movable type: first book, the Gutenberg Bible
5th wave: personal computers: introduced in 1982, the very year the new children began to enter the earthplane en masse (the start of the Millennial Generation)

FIFTH BRAIN-WAVE FREQUENCY

Science showed us some time ago that there were four major frequencies of brain-wave function – beta, alpha, theta, delta. Recently, however, we learn that there are five. Thanks to a paper on Schumann Resonances (earth pulse) authored by Richard Alan Miller (DrRam@magick.net) and Iona Miller (iona_m@yahoo.com), we have this description of all five rhythms. For a more thorough and detailed version of the brain waves and for the article itself entitled Planetary Rhythms and Human Health, which is excellent, by the way, contact Dr. Miller directly.

Gamma Waves (25-60 Hertz)

– appear to relate to simultaneous processing of information from different brain areas, e.g., involving memory, learning abilities, integrated thoughts, or information-rich task processing. Gamma rhythms modulate perception and consciousness.

Beta Waves (12-25 Hertz)

– dominate our normal waking state of consciousness when attention is directed towards cognitive tasks and the outside world. Beta is a "fast" activity, present when we are alert or even anxious, or when engaged in problem solving, judgment, decision making, information processing, mental activity, and focus.

Alpha Waves (7-12 Hertz)

– are present during dreaming and light meditation when the eyes are closed. In Alpha, we begin to access the wealth of creativity that lies just below conscious awareness. It is the gateway to deeper states of consciousness. Aids overall mental coordination, calmness, alertness, inner awareness, mind/body integration and learning.

Theta Waves (4-7 Hertz)

– occur most often in sleep but are also dominant in the deepest states of meditation (body asleep/mind awake) and thought (gateway to learning, memory). Senses withdrawn from external world and focused on the mindscape. Theta is associated with mystery, an elusive and extraordinary realm we can explore (like a waking dream).

Delta Waves (0-4 Hertz)

– are the slowest but highest in amplitude. These waves are generated in deepest meditation and dreamless sleep. Suspends external existence and provides the most profound feelings of peace. Certain frequencies within Delta trigger the release of a growth hormone beneficial for healing and regeneration.

Those people engaged in dowsing who are also multi-sensory often register both high Beta (Gamma) and Delta rhythms simultaneously as if using their brain in a new way. I have noticed this "across the board" with the new children, which probably accounts for why it is so difficult to measure their intelligence using standard test procedures.

It's a Wand-erful Life

March is both magical and madcap, as Karen Bishop's latest alert makes abundantly clear. Yet all this wildness is part of our global rebirth, arriving at last in the higher vibrational realms we're worked for, for so very long. Now it feels glorious, giddy even. And I feel exactly as she describes: I just wanna play!

Living as a New Nomad can be a blessing when this wanderlust feeling begins to envelope the masses. The highly unusual lifestyle that's been the source of so much angst and joy is being accepted with "unconditional surrender" by many newer nomads now, and I applaud you all! If you're wondering (rather than wandering) what I'm referring to, please enjoy my article, just published on Planetlightworker.com: The New Nomads: Spiritual Sojourners with a Global Vision.

And, I also am honored to now be the steward of three hand-crafted Atlantean Wands, to be used for personal and planetary healing and empowerment. It seems a bit odd to say I "own" them, any more than one "owns" a pet; especially as I will be the conduit through which, through focused Intent, the Wands will do Spirit's work. I am just learning how best to dance with these transformational tools; if you are interested in learning more, or in co-creating a session, please get in touch.

Blessed Be! Stay free, glow with the flow!

Sacred reUnion

It's integration time, as we join our Divine Feminine Fire with the Sacred Inner Masculine, and prepare to meet the 3D embodiment of these twin flame energies. (I, for one, am sooooo ready!) Archangel Michael through Celia Fenn says that, on today's Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse:

"...you will fully integrate the energy of the Solar Divine Feminine that was pulsed from the Galactic Center to you through the Sun in December. Then, at the New Moon and the Partial Solar Eclipse (on the 18th), you will experience the rebirthing of your inner Divine Masculine energies in preparation for the Sacred Union of the Divine Feminine and Masculine within.

"This Inner Balancing will be the focus at the Equinox, and then, many of you will be fully prepared to create the external Twin Flame union as a mirror of the inner process that is completed. You will be fully prepared to experience the states of Grace, Bliss and Joy, that will be the expression of Unconditional Love and Compassion in the New Earth."

The accompanying visuals are incredibly powerful and inspiring, and I encourage you to enjoy the entire transmission as we dance this Divine reUnion into being!

Kucinich = "You Win" Niche!

OK — I just made up the rhyme quickly, but the truth is, Dennis Kucinich is a candidate of, by and for the people: he is REAL, and the best choice we have for evolving a true Democracy in this country, for the first time in decades.

Check out Dennis on Youtube.com, where the eloquent Jesse Jackson exhorts us to remember that the issue is "not race or gender, but agenda." Dennis's agenda is to get us out of the war on Iraq, which he has voted against from the get-go, and back to the issues that build meaningful lives and worthwhile futures: universal health care, guaranteed quality education, renewable energy, and—gasp!— jobs that serve the workers.

You'll be inspired by Kucinich's website, which showcases exactly who he is: a new breed of politician who weds an abundant heart with a brilliant mind, and is leading the Baby Boom generation (and all America) in modeling what we can become.

Cast your vote NOW for Kucinich in 2008; he's a winner for us all.

Here are some articles I posted when Dennis ran for president in 2004:

Art from the Source

If you ever had any doubt that something larger is at work in the Universe ("One Song") than simply our small human acts, consider this Indigo child, who began painting incredible spiritual masterpieces when she was 7 and younger; she also writes poetry like the master she obviously is. Where does the gift come from? Akiane is quite clear: God.

You can also check out several inspiring interviews with her on YouTube.com

Year of the Fire Pig, Or: The Smoldering Boar

The Chinese New Year begins on Sunday, February 18th, just after the New Moon in Aquarius, and promises to be a heady, if happy time. The pig, or boar, is the last of the symbolic animals corresponding to the twelve terrestrial branches of the Chinese lunar calendar, and "represents all the bounty that humanity has built over the years," according to a poster I spied in a local bookstore window. "This will be a year of happiness and prosperity for everyone who savors the joy of living."

Onr of my favorite sites for all types of lore, Myth*ing Links, makes this important distinction between the Year of the Pig and specifically, a Fire Pig year:

"The fat, happy Pig is the 'laughing Buddha' of the Chinese Zodiac signs: naturally pleased, whatever he does. He likes his creature comforts; is sensual in all endeavours. Tolerant, compassionate, generous - he has difficulty controlling his passions but hides neither faults, mistakes, nor his self-indulgence. Egocentric, chaotic, destructive at times, one of Pig's essential drives is his love for freedom and beauty. The eternal optimist, his attitude is, 'Don't worry, be happy'.

What to Expect in the Year of the Fire Pig

"The Chinese Fire Pig symbol (Fire over Water) contains a special character that forms an accelerant. The year has potential for situations to gather speed; to burn out of control. In Chinese astrology, clashes of Fire & Water have powerful, uncontrollable effects, while transformation takes place. Situations flare up quickly and propel out of control.

"The Water element denotes clandestine affairs, 'behind the scenes', danger. It can indicate physical floods & large scale water problems - potential for extensive damage and destruction.

"Fire Pig has harmonious elements, but harmony is lost when situations are out of control. Fire Pig years have been fraught with incidents: wars, political takeovers, enormous unrest."

However, prediction is in the eye of the astrologer, and this site by Shelly Wu takes a different tack:

"Pig years are known for their respite from strife, patience and passivity, but also for indulgence, sensuality and fleshly delights. As the last sign of the zodiac, the Pig represents 'resignation', accepting human nature as it is - content to live and let live.

"Finishing touches, tying up loose ends, last stands, curtain calls and closures will be the urging of the year. So, prepare to finish projects, complete goals and even say some goodbyes. Put your ducks in a row, cross your T's and dot your I's in 2007 and the proper Pig will be gracious to you.

"All things that occur this year can be looked on as closing or final conclusions in some way. An auspicious year to complete projects, bring projects to fruition or arrive safely after completing a long life journey....

"...Pace yourself during this Fire year to avoid burnout and try not to keep such a hurried pace. Add the Earth element to your life and home to sooth frazzled nerves, slow down and facilitate relaxation. Gardening, working with clay or pottery, sharing time with your animals and all manner of worship/church/temple or meditative practices will increase the Earth element in your life."

Sonic Valentine

In case you missed this information, which is included in the February issue of What Shines: Wednesday, February 14th is the 5th annual World Sound Healing Day.

You're invited to join sound healers, meditators, peace activists and lovers of all sentient consciousness in sending a Sonic Valentine to the Earth with the heart sound "AH," for five minutes at noon your local time.

The "AH" is a sacred seed syllable: a universal, non-denominational heart sound that, when projected with focused intent, has the ability to heal and transform. As we sound a collective "AH," filled with the energy of Peace and Love, we co-create a celestial choir that has the power to initiate positive planetary shifts.

Happy Loving To All...

Flippin' Fabulous

Piggybacking on my February e-newsletter, What Shines, in which I describe, "what you know, before you know that you know": during my birthday sojourn to Harbin Hot Springs, I was perusing their bookstore and was taken with the title The Flip—Turn Your World Around by Jared Rosen and David Rippe.

Why did this book grab my attention? Because my brother has called me Flip or Flipper most of my life, as I've called him Snip or Snipster. We concocted these nicknames in childhood—and now here's an entire book full of "Flipsters" who are "flipping" how we perceive the world! Check out these chapter titles:

1) Flipping Life—from Flipped Out to Flipped In
2) Flipping Mind—from Fragmented Thought to Whole Thinking
3) Flipping Emotions—from Resistance to Flow
4) Flipping Channels—from Mindless Programming to Mindful Media
5) Flipping Burgers—from Processed Food to Natural Wholesomeness
6) Flipping Pills—from Treating Symptoms to Maintaining Health
7) Flipping The Switch—from Nonrenewable to Sustainable Energy
8) Flipping The Coin—from Scarcity to Abundance
9) Flipping The Corporation—from Pirates to Stewards
10) Flipping The Trigger—from Tribal Warfare to Global Tribe
11) Flipping The Light—from God-fearing Believers to Spiritual Human Beings

Each chapter concludes with "Flip Tips" to help you make the shift. To get "hip to the flip", visit Rosen's and Rippe's website. And remember, you heard it from the original Flipper. Here's to your Dolphin Dreams!

Feisty, Phenomenal, Fifty!

In honor of my 50th birthday today, I'm sharing an extraordinary poem the inimitable Maya Angelou crafted for Oprah Winfrey on the occasion of the latter's 50th several years ago. Oprah is a fellow Aquarian (b. 1/29/54), and refers to Maya, whom she's known nearly her entire adult life, as her "Mother-Sister-Mentor-Friend."

Her timeless words apply to us all. May we each drink from this well of wisdom and replenish our beings with her juicy, expansive, revivifying blessing:

Continue

On the day of your birth
The Creator filled countless storehouses and stockings
With rich ointments
Luscious tapestries
And antique coins of incredible value
Jewels worthy of a queen's dowry
They were set aside for your use
Alone

Armed with faith and hope
And without knowing of the wealth which awaited
You broke through dense walls
Of poverty
And loosed the chains of ignorance which
threatened to cripple you so that you
could walk
A free woman
Into a world which needed you

My wish for you
Is that you continue

Continue

To be who and how you are
To astonish a mean world
With your acts of kindness

Continue

To allow humor to lighten the burden
Of your tender heart

Continue

In a society dark with cruelty
To let the people hear the grandeur
Of God in the peals of your laughter

Continue

To let your eloquence
Elevate the people to heights
They had only imagined

Continue

To remind the people that
Each is as good as the other
And that no one is beneath
Nor above you

Continue

To remember your own young years
And look with favor upon the lost
And the least and the lonely

Continue

To put the mantel of your protection
Around the bodies of
The young and defenseless

Continue

To take the hand of the despised
And diseased and walk proudly with them
In the high street
Some might see you and
Be encouraged to do likewise

Continue

To plant a public kiss of concern
On the cheek of the sick
And the aged and infirm
And count that as a
Natural action to be expected

Continue

To let gratitude be the pillow
Upon which you kneel to
Say your nightly prayer
And let faith be the bridge
You build to overcome evil
And welcome good

Continue

To ignore no vision
Which comes to enlarge your range
And increase your spirit

Continue

To dare to love deeply
And risk everything
For the good thing

Continue

To float
Happily in the sea of infinite substance
Which set aside riches for you
Before you had a name

Continue

And by doing so
You and your work
Will be able to continue
Eternally
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

The Language of Love

The theme of my February e-newsletter, What Shines, is "The Love of Your Life," and I included a link to a Wheel of Wisdom that allows us to say "I love you" in 50 different languages.

But, turns out we don't need to reinvent (or purchase) the wheel. Thanks to subscriber Donna Waugh Campbell for pointing me to a site that spells all we need to know out for us: Inspiration Point.

Imbolc: The Return of the Light

February 2nd marks one of the most powerful portals on the ancient Wheel of the Year. While in the West we now call it Groundhog Day, its meaning goes far deeper than a groundhog's burrow. But yes, it is a potent moment to watch your Shadow!

Celebrated cross-culturally since "time out of mind," the day is both a Christian and Pagan holiday, known variously as Imbolc, St. Brigid's Day (Bride's Day), and Candlemas. It's the midpoint between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox, and heralds the Return of the Light.

Canadian astrologer Tara Greene and Arizona astrologer Allison Rae each eloquently explain how the Great Goddess is initiated at this gateway, which coincides perfectly in 2007 with the full Moon in Leo. It's a time for inspiration and intuition, dream manifestation, healing and, of course, Love.

What most astonished me was discovering, in Tara's typically richly woven text, that Saint Brigid (in the Irish tradition) is the Patroness of Midwives. Since my birthday is February 4th and I've long known I am a Midwife of the Soul and of planetary evolution, it was a clarifying reminder of "what we know, before we know that we know!" Brigid also rules the waters, and where am I heading on Sunday to celebrate my birthday? Harbin Hot Springs, where my own awakening began nearly two decades ago...

Rx for Spiritual Emergency

Near-death researcher P.M.H. Atwater, herself a 3x near-death experiencer, has created a wealth of information over the past three decades for anyone in the throes of what feels like a near-death experience—which, as I can personally attest, is precisely how the descent to the core of our being often feels!

Since the entire planet is undergoing this sea change in consciousness now, I found many of the tips in her book, Beyond the Light invaluable to share. Wish I'd known this when I was in the midst of my own process in 1993-94; I was scared witless not knowing I was undergoing a Kundalini/Ku awakening. (I've also posted related information in my Zaadz.com pod, Living In Your Light Mind ~ The Remember Room, a cyber sanctuary to support one another's soul growth, and in my upcoming February e-newsletter, What Shines).

This is what Atwater has the say about Kundalini/Ku breakthroughs:

"Kundalini/Ku energies transform the nervous system and the endocrine glands. They promote the rising of the creative life force within the individual. Since physical sensations can sometimes be confusing, here's a list of what is traditional to the experience (so you won't think you're crazy):

• muscles twitching, cramping or spasms
• tremors, shaking, convulsions
• prickly, itching, tingling, or vibrating sensations under the skin
• rhythmic, spasmodic, or graceful involuntary movements
• sensations of intense heat or cold
• blockages in the back, throat, base of skull or head
• surges of tremendous high vibrational energy in the spine or throughout the system.

To slow these energies down so you can assimilate the changes more easily, Atwater suggests the following:

• Either stop meditating for awhile, or redirect your energy after a meditative session to others in the form of a healing prayer;
• Drink plenty of pure water; if possible, carry a water bottle with you;
• Eat meat, grain dishes, solid (e.g., root) vegetables, and dairy products. Avoid salads and incomplete proteins until your enrgies are under control;
• Eat less, but more frequently;
• Stop using sugar. For sweeteners, use limited quantities of honey and fruit;
• Absolutely avoid spices, stimulants, alcohol, tobacco;
• Engage in manual labor and/or exercise programs. Housecleaning, gardening, digging ditches, scrubbing walls, are all wonderful ways to redirect and manage this kind of energy;
• Give yourself ample time to rest and think. Take walks, contemplate, relax;
• Avoid stressful demands and environments for as long as possible;
• Don't resist the changes; flow with them;
• Ask in prayer for positive guidance, knowing that you will receive it (you WILL!);
• Adopt an attitude of gratitude;
• Laugh; humor is an amazing healer and balancer;
• Take up a creative endeavor, craft or hobby ~ and enjoy!"

She also mentions at some length the importance of natural lithium, a cell salt, which helps bond spirit in matter. The easiest way to replenish your store is by using lemons and limes, which are rich sources of this trace mineral. Squeeze fresh lemon into your daily drinking water, and/or use it in food preparation. You can also wear or carry a piece of lepidolite, its counterpart in the gem and mineral kingdom.

Happy transmuting, dear ones!

Musical Food for Thought

Last night I saw Dar Williams in concert here in Petaluma, California. The socially and politically astute folk singer/songwriter was deLightful, and I was as moved by her music as I was by this interview with her I read a few weeks ago, which prompted me to visit her website and discover she was about to perform locally. Given that Dar and I go 'way back, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to see her in person—even if we have yet to actually meet!

Here's the backstory:

In 1995, deep into my spiritual emergence, I was preparing to drive from New York State to New Mexico. I happened to read a magazine blurb about a guide to natural food stores and healthy restaurants, Tofu Tollbooth, compiled by Dar and her friends as they toured the U.S., because they refused to eat McDonald's-type fare on the road. At the time, Dar had several albums to her credit, but had not risen to her current musical stature. I was able to reach her by phone, and she generously agreed to ship me the book while my check "crossed" in the mail to her, since I was leaving in just a few days. The book proved invaluable, and I bought the update in 1998 (which served me well when I again drove cross-country, in the summer of 2000).

Though Dar and Co. no longer publish the guide, and of course it's now much easier to find what we need online, a paperback in the car still comes in handy when you're hungry and there's nothing but Arby's or Burger King on the major arteries (another good reason to travel backroads, if you have the time and patience). In 2006 I discovered what Tofu Tollbooth has morphed into: an equally handy guide now known as Healthy Highways. Check it out before you take to the road...

And about Dar's concert: it was as emotionally and spiritually delicious as the healthy eating guides. I quote some of her lyrics in my February e-newsletter, What Shines, due out by the end of the week.

Wisdom from Wealth

There are many ways to be rich...

This anecdote about one of the world's wealthiest men demonstrates how he got that way:

Warren Buffet is known to be a generous man. Recently he announced his plans to make the biggest single contribution to philanthropy ever. But it’s also common knowledge that Buffet is generous in other aspects of life as well.

According to Bill George in Forbes (“The master gives back”), an MBA student from Kazakhstan was the recipient of Buffet’s giving spirit when the student attended a function at which Buffet was present. The student left his camera in the Berkshire Hathaway boardroom. He dearly wanted some pictures of himself with Buffet—and so, true to his folksy form, Buffet offered to give the student a ride back to the office to pick up the camera.

During the drive, Buffet offered some advice to the young man. Do what you love, he told him. He also revealed to the student that his personal goal was not to live like a king, and that he liked living a fairly simple life, eating simple meals and driving a regular car.

It was then that Buffet offered this nugget of wisdom: “Be a nice person.... It’s so simple that it’s almost too obvious to notice. Look around at people you like. Isn't it a logical assumption that if you like traits in other people, then other people would like you if you developed those same traits?”

Putting All the Peaces Together

What's exciting about peace is that it's nonpartisan and pan-generational: a cause that transcends all boundaries and borders and beliefs. It never goes out of fashion; sort of like the word "cool", which has been in vogue since the 1940s.

The campaign to establish a U.S. Department of Peace is gaining momentum. First proposed during the administration of George Washington (yes, the concept of a Peace Department is as old as our country!), the idea has been revived and championed by Congressman Dennis Kucinich, D-Ohio, who is running for president in 2008.

The first Department of Peace conference took place in Washington, D.C. in September, 2005. The upcoming Conference, scheduled for February 3-5, 2007 (Friday through Sunday) promises to be a blockbuster event, drawing the likes of Deepak Chopra, Kucinich, Marianne Williamson, Rev. Dr. Michael Beckwith (founder of Agape International Spiritual Center in L.A.) and Denise Brown (sister of Nicole Brown Simpson, and an ardent crusader to raise awareness of domestic violence).

Equally exciting is the Student Peace Alliance, formed at Brandeis University in March 2006 and now active in 15 schools across the U.S. Their mission is to bring a culture of peace to college and high school campuses nationwide while supporting the U.S. Department of Peace legislation.

In the words of Student Peace Alliance newsletter editors Jennifer and Natalie, "We, as students, have the ability to truly shape the course of modern history. The Student Peace Alliance is the embodiment of youthful strength and dedication to create the world in which we want to live: peaceful, progressive, unified and abundant with opportunities for positive growth. We invite and challenge you to join us and others in creating history."

Because Gandhi's life and work is the key thread on which this and generally all peace initiatives are woven, it's intriguing to me to remember that the day I turned off the TV forever (in April, 1994) I was watching the film "Gandhi." Early on, he is shot. At that moment, I clicked the remote, and that was the last time I watched television. Can't say I miss it.

For further perspectives on peace, inclusive of other voices, please e-mail me and request Issue #63/September 2006 of my e-newsletter, What Shines. This issue is titled, "Pax Gaia: Putting All the Peaces Together."

Blessings...

Spiritual Collateral

Aluna Joy Yaxk'in really nails it when she describes what's up in 2007 as "spiritual collateral" in her latest Center of the Sun newsletter. Beginning with the final weeks of 2006, with Pluto at the Galactic Center, she recounts what it was like for so many of us:

"Any place within you that was not strong enough to go to the next level was burned away. This has been a painful and sometimes a brutal process. You have experienced massive symptoms in your weakest areas, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Stomach and digestion and sinus areas were hard hit. Many of you have felt completely leveled and were not able to do anything but sit it out. Your nerves are toast . . . like you have post-traumatic stress syndrome, the cosmic type. Motivation, knowing what you want to do, and short-term memory have also been huge issues. Even in this intense testing ground, many of you FLEW HIGH while burning. It was blissfully painful. You vacillated between wild and beautiful dreams with not being able to sleep at all. You have risen. You are now the mythical phoenix rising from the burning ashes.

"You allowed yourself to sit with the burning . . . you felt it . . . and you learned from it. This has been an immense internal earthquake, and you have shifted and transmuted huge amounts of energy. You have aligned yourself to a higher frequency and one step closer to the new indescribable world ahead of you. Within the great depths of your consciousness, you were able to discover and put into action this higher state of awareness, and you have come to know and understand a deeper level of true compassion and unconditional love. You have also realized a deeper awareness of self worth. You will not tolerate being compromised again. You have amassed a great amount of spiritual collateral that you can now put into use.

"Many of you were asked to make HUGE choices in life that called on your deepest integrity and highest awareness. Some of these choices caused you great pain and were a huge turning point that will change your life and personal relationships with family and friends forever. Any personal relationship you had at this time that was not operating with truth and integrity was transmuted, many times by your own painful but right choices. You learned to apply tough love, a.k.a. unconditional love. These choices triggered divorce-like shifts for you. Divorces from family and friends that were feeding off your spiritual collateral.

"Let us explain further. Where you spend your spiritual collateral, your divine God-given energy, is exactly where the universe will give you more of that like energy. {This is the Law of Attraction at work}. If you spend your energy on a lost cause, or toss it into a bottomless pit, the universe will think you choose to waste your energy in this way, and give you more situations to waste your energy. You have learned to clearly see where you are wasting your energy. You have also learned how to stop this self destructive pattern."

The REALLY good news? We are now more conscious than ever before of being one soul family, and the old scripts are ash.

Aluna writes, "The bridge between you, your past and history has been crossed over and joyfully burned. You can now can let go of your painful past and reinvent yourself. You will no longer see the world through your wounds, pain or fears. You have taken another powerful step towards freedom and mastery. The collective balance is being tipped toward a higher vibration because of your commitment to impeccability. The more you act and live from this higher vibration, the quicker the rest of the world will follow suit. It has to. Expect that this is so, and it is. This isn't a miracle. It is simply the result of your hard work to stay positive and act from impeccability."

How to Create Health, Wealth, and Wisdom: Forgive!

On this New Moon, as Venus, symbolic of the Divine Feminine, conjuncts Neptune, the Dreamweaver, astrologer Tara Greene offers an intriguing interpretation of forgiveness:

"Venus is Love, the Feminine, values; she rules signs Libra (the balance, self and others, relationships, beauty) and Taurus (Earth, tools, the voice, the throat chakra). Neptune is the ruler of sign Pisces (compassion, forgiveness, completion, bliss, karma, endings). New Moons are always new beginnings; this New Moon is at the 29th degree of Capricorn, an earth sign, of building, structure, aspiration."

Tara calls this Forgiveness Day. Why? We have a saying: "Forgive us our sins". She says,

"Sin is from the Latin root Sinister, the left-hand side. Originally this was a patriarchal twisting to deny the Feminine, The Goddess, from whom we all issue; we are all born of Woman.

"I translate it today, the word sin, as denoting 'left out,' separated from God, from the Source.
We sin daily by splitting ourselves off from Spirit.
We sin through omission, and forgetfulness, of our inherent Divinity.

"So today, I call upon the Sacred Marriage of Venus and Neptune
As a sign from the Heavens, from the Cosmos,
That Love and Forgiveness manifest on this beautiful Earth,
that we may walk in Beauty, Love ourselves, all others, and the Earth,
as Beauty.

"Forgive ourselves and forgive those who have 'sinned' against us.

"May this day mark a new Beginning in the Consciousness of all humans.
Let Forgiveness, Peace, Beauty, Harmony, Love, Awareness, reign down upon us
And emit from our Heart Centres these values from this day on.

"So mote it be."

A Year of Truth: Tara Greene's 2007 Overview

Canadian astrologer and psychic Tara Greene shares an in-depth overview of the year, packing a lot of insight into just 5 minutes! Her Google video discusses the major themes of 2007: Saturn vs. Neptune, Jupiter in Sagittarius, and, of course, Pluto at the Galactic Center. Check out her perspective on this "Galactic-Centered Year," which she describes, in a word, as a year of TRUTH.

We Won't Get Fooled Again!

When I asked my chiropractor what type of air purifier he had in the office, he told me it was an awesome ionizer that never needed to have the filter changed. Sounded almost too good to be true, and was: when he showed me the literature, I immediately recognized it as a well-known brand of ozone machine—useful for clearing a room of toxins, not so good to breathe on a daily basis (although he has the level turned so low that I've never smelled ozone in his office).

He was skeptical of my assertion, and promised to research it.

The following week, when I arrived wearing a heavy Polartec fleece pullover and mentioned how warm it was, although I felt kind of sweaty inside, he said, "That's because those are made of recycled plastic bottles." What!? I'm wearing post-consumer coke bottles, something I'd never even consider drinking?

I was skeptical of his assertion, and promised to research it.

Turns out we were both right. His "ionizer" says "ozone" on the inside plate, but not on the face of it; my cuddly fleece does come from plastic and petrochemicals. Yuck! But nobody would buy "PlasticTec" as a garment—just as few people who know the dangers of breathing concentrated ozone would buy the "ionizer" if it said "ozonator" on the outside.

I said, "We have to cross educate and cross pollinate one another!" Staying informed is a full-time job.

En route to his office, and afterwards, the streets of Petaluma were lined, as were many towns yesterday, with protesters holding placards and chanting. In this case, what I heard was, "Show me what democracy looks like!" "THIS is what democracy looks like!" The time for games and gimmicks is over, and everybody but The Shrub knows it.

You may enjoy an article I wrote about the grander perspective on the Iraq war, published in 2003: Deep "E"-cology

So let's stay warm in natural fibers, breathe pure air, and use our arms for hugging...it's up to each of us to educate our sisters and brothers into awareness. It's the only way we won't get fooled again.

To The Other Side And Back

I've just read one of the most remarkable NDE (near death experience) stories ever—and I've been blessed to have read quite a few, most notably one of the first books on the subject, Return From Tomorrow, by George Ritchie.

This journey comes from Mellen-Thomas Benedict, who went beyond what we know as the Universe and returned to his body retaining his direct perception of Infinite Intelligence.

Looking at his web photo, I could feel the Light emanating from his presence. A true beacon for our times. Savor the story...and let me know what you think.

2007: The Year of Love Made Manifest

As more of us open our hearts wider and more deeply to the absolute truth of our being, the Love that we are fills our sacred vessel and spills over to nurture and nourish all. Archangel Michael through Celia Fenn says 2007 will be "The Year of Love Made Manifest on Earth," and that we'll experience radiance and luminosity in every aspect of our lives.

I know I've been feeling the energy of love and union coming in from all directions. In November I bought a "bind rune" called "To secure a true and lasting love" for a friend who is seeking her soul mate. While I've been calling in my planetary partner since 1998, I haven't really put focused energy into this intent, knowing he'll arrive in the ripe moment.

Yet a week later, when I returned to the same artist to buy a fabulous snake necklace, I found myself purchasing this love rune for myself. Within days, I felt called to enter a shop I've only been in once before, and immediately spied a wooden statue of a couple embracing. A few weeks after this, I found another such statue crafted in soapstone, in a thrift store. Even the postage stamps I just bought have a wedding theme! Clearly, 2007 is the year of LOVE LOVE LOVE on a grand scale, and I'm feeling it on both a personal and collective level.

Michael counsels: "Dearest ones, in this cycle of evolutionary growth, you will begin to truly understand the Great Gift of Love that you have been given in this transformation process. Becoming a Christed being and receiving the Twin Flame love into your Heart is the Miracle of Ascension.

"Beloved Ones - be aware of this wonderful mystery of your new Being as it unfolds. You see, many have had expectations about what your Ascension would be. They expected to become more psychic and more telepathic and better healers, and indeed these are part of the awakening into Light. But we say also, these expectations are based on the gifts already given in the past. All humans already have access to these gifts if they do not repress them or close them off. For the great teacher, Yeshua ben Josef, said that you would so all that he had done - and more! And so, the greatest gift of Ascension is the Twin Flame Love. When you begin to feel the flows of this energy and to understand its power and its gifts, then you will understand Ascension and what you are becoming. You are becoming gifts of Love within yourselves, even now, you are transforming and changing.....

"For, Ascension is about moving from a mind-based reality and ascending into a heart-based reality. Here, in the Temple of the Sacred Heart, you will find Love as you never imagined possible in human form. You will find this love within yourself, as the essence of who you are, and then you will learn to project this love into the exterior world as radiant luminous Love.

"And, when you have achieved that, then you will learn how to enter into radiant and joyous relationships in which that powerful light and love will be transmitted between partners as a way of making Love manifest on the material plane. But, this will not happen until you have learnt to balance and transmit the radiant love of Source first within yourself and through your Heart, and you have fully become "the Light of the World" within yourself. Then you can share that light with another. It is indeed a sacred gift as the two partners join their Sacred Heart temples and become ONE in the Radiance of Source."

Making Herstory

The Feminine Frequency is accelerating on Earth in all forms! In the U.S., as the Democrats take control of both chambers of Congress for the first time in 12 years (one Jupiter cycle...time for jubilation!), Nancy Pelosi (D-California, a 20-year political veteran) becomes the first woman ever elected to serve as Speaker of the House of Representatives.

Isn't the symbolism just too deliciously obvious? Women are finally reclaiming our ancient wisdom, and giving voice to our vision of a more compassionate, collaborative, imaginative world!

Peace and Potential: Kucinich's New Year's Message

If you've been reading the articles posted to my website, or this blog over the past two years, then you know I support Dennis Kucinich as the voice and choice for the people in 2008. He and his new wife Elizabeth have posted an uplifting New Year's message to the Kucinich campaign site. You can read the entire message, here:

Creating a Peaceful New Year

As Dennis is running on a peace platform (he helped launch the Department of Peace initiative, and is the only Presidential candidate who consistently voted against the Iraq war from the very beginning, without wavering on his position), it makes sense that their message is focused on building a peaceful world.

But it's the language Dennis uses that draws me like a moth to flame. Not since Kennedy (and I was too young then to recall his words live; this is my feeling based on what I've read and heard subsequently of JFK's addresses) have we had a president (or candidate) who speaks with an eloquence and energy to ignite our hearts and catalyze our minds to action! When I heard Dennis speak at Agape in 2003 I nearly wept, and I feel pretty much the same even reading his words in print. Here's the conclusion of their letter:

"Let us, in this annual celebration of our humanity, call forth the buoyant, expectant energies of the New Year and harness them to quicken the impulse toward positive change. The economic stability of our communities and the physical and spiritual health of our nation depend upon our commitment to practical paths toward renewal. That is the power which stands behind all New Year's resolutions.

Let us resolve, then, to join in a collective effort to create a new world. The Presidency becomes the catalyst for powerful, transformative change, a new American evolution, spiraling upward along paths of clarity, strength, vision, determination and action.

Let us collectively have a bright encounter with the energies of the New Year and make 2007 the year of which future generations will say: 'That is when the change began. That is when we began to create with courage a new nation and a new world.'"

And I say, AMEN! And A-HO!!

Living Our Heaven in 2007

My medical intuitive healer friend Rebecca Potter just sent this inspirational New Year's post. Enjoy! And if you live in or near Santa Rosa, California, I encourage you to contact her for a session. Her work is truly unique and effective: 707-570-2501.

"Two weekends ago I was in Sedona and hiked on Doe Mesa. The Apu, or Spirit of the Mountain gifted me, us, this song. So I wanted to share. I hum it daily and find it very uplifting and healing.

Living Our Heaven in 2007

The Apu of my Heart
The Song of my Soul

You've given me Wings
With the Condor I Fly

I Soar Far Above, Below, and Within
Never to stray far from You now

The Bliss in Your Kiss
The Light in Your Song

Lotus Bloom of my Heart
The Fragrance so Sweet

Given me Truth
Deep Within in Peace

My smile is Joy
My body so Blessed

To be in Your Seva
My Pathway is Cleared

Enough to Reflect
All the Beauty that Dances

In You I have found
All that Romances

My Wings they spread Wide
As the Sky is so vast

All without Limits
As Creation does Tell

The Man and the Woman
Are One in the Same

When we Embrace this Gift
The Trees all will Sing

The Rocks and the Earth
Will Rejoice once again

The Song of Our Souls
Sing out the God of our Hearts

So much Beauty Bestowed
On all of Us Now

I Bow with the Grace
For Seeing this Face

The Face that You Shine
Through all that's Divine

The Apu of my Heart
The Song of my Soul

The Apu of my Heart
The Song...... I always will Hold."

Ultimate Initiation

Astronomers may think they've downgraded Pluto from the role of planet to some celestial orb of lesser significance, but they can't minimize this distant star's powerhouse effect on humanity. As the year draws to a close with Pluto conjunct the Galactic Center, we're experiencing the initiation of our lives: into Creation, Creativity, Love and Death, all Plutonic energies—but nothing like we've ever imagined, at this degree of intensity!

Astrologer Allison Rae paints vivid possible scenarios in her latest edition of Cosmic Time. As we prepare to enter a "9" year (2007 = 2+0+0+7 = 9), which is all about release and completion, she says, "It's showtime. The (Pluto) passage will be marked by massive upheaval of our thoughts and belief systems, the geophysical, geopolitical, economic and social structures of lives."

The last time Pluto passed over the Galactic Center (248 years ago), it ignited the Industrial Revolution. This time, the revolution will be a revelation: Truth is front and center, comfort zones will be stretched beyond recognition, growth is the watchword, and "resistance is futile," as the Borg used to intone on Star Trek: The Next Generation. Ready or not, the shift is happening.

I know I'm certainly vibrating to the changes in 3D. My heart's been pitter-pattering in double time, especially when I try to sleep. Allison says, "You might feel a general sense of urgency, perhaps anxiety, depression, grief or even panic. Physical symptoms include nausea, racing heart, respiratory problems, dizzyness, lightheadedness, changes in sleep and eating patterns.

"Feelings and emotions that have been 'stuffed' for decades, even lifetimes, are surfacing for final clearing. You've probably already noticed people are beginning to pop as repressed emotion comes raging to the surface.

"Holding on, trying to control situations and people will only aggravate the symptoms. Allow the intense energies to move through your body with lots of physical exercise and creative activities. Hike, walk and run on the Earth. Swim. Try yoga, t'ai chi, qi gong, drumming, chanting and sound healing. Learn to play. Avoid caffeine and other stimulants. Relax and sink into the changes with daily meditation and deep, conscious breathing. Journaling is especially helpful for emotional processing and mental clarity."

Wild rides are always more fun when we buy our ticket willingly. We're all doing this together now, so even when you think it's just you and you're alone, you're in good (if wacked-out) company.

To Allison's very wise suggestions I would add, be as loving and generous with others as possible. The stress of trying to live "normally" while undergoing a Pluto transit is tremendous (I speak from personal experience in the mid-90s, when my entire life changed irrevocably as I was catapulted into my planetary purpose and service).

Since we have this extraordinary opportunity to love as never before, let's live/love it!

Baby, It's Hot Inside!

It's the start of winter (at least, for those of us residing in the Northern Hemisphere), but I've been feeling rushes of heat in my body for months now. Thinking I'm menopausal (and not ready for it!), I smiled when I read Daniel Jacob's post on The Reconnections site; once again, I'm just another lightbearer transmuting for the collective. Here's the transmission:

BODY HEAT

"There are those who have been feeling noticeable heat in their bodies at this time, as a result of the current re-balancing that is occurring between the masculine and feminine energies—in the collective consciousness and within various individuals. It is as though a magnifying glass is concentrating energy only upon certain key areas of the Veil, opening up new pathways of perception and experience of life in the Greater Oneself.

This effect would be similar to those times, in astrology readings, when a planet goes 'stationary' in regards to the Earth—bringing a higher concentration of the spirit essence which is symbolized by that planet, functioning very much like a healing laser, as it reshapes and changes the insulations which keep 3D from being bombarded by the rest of All That Is.

In fact, most of the 'heat' we're speaking about is experienced in the subtle bodies, which surround the physical vehicle. But the heat that is generated there can also excite certain sense receptors in the physical body (as a sympathetic reaction). When patients present themselves to physicians, it is hard to make a definitive diagnosis, since the heat is not really sourced within the 3D body. What we are speaking about is an INNER FIRE. The Recons urge us to simply let go of our fear, drink plenty of water, and breathe!!!!"

I've written about balancing fire and water, the masculine and feminine energies, in my e-newsletter, What Shines. Please e-mail me and request Issue #49, "Fire and Water".

Peace has Always Been Possible

Thanks to Jean Hudon of the Earth Rainbow Network for this amazing, true story of the WWI "Christmas Truce," recounted in David G. Stratman's book, We Can Change the World:

"It was December 25, 1914, only 5 months into World War I. German, British, and French soldiers, already sick and tired of the senseless killing, disobeyed their superiors and fraternized with 'the enemy' along two-thirds of the Western Front (a crime punishable by death in times of war). German troops held Christmas trees up out of the trenches with signs, 'Merry Christmas.'

'You no shoot, we no shoot.' Thousands of troops streamed across a no-man's land strewn with rotting corpses. They sang Christmas carols, exchanged photographs of loved ones back home, shared rations, played football, even roasted some pigs. Soldiers embraced men they had been trying to kill a few short hours before. They agreed to warn each other if the top brass forced them to fire their weapons, and to aim high.

A shudder ran through the high command on either side. Here was disaster in the making: soldiers declaring their brotherhood with each other and refusing to fight. Generals on both sides declared this spontaneous peacemaking to be treasonous and subject to court martial. By March 1915 the fraternization movement had been eradicated and the killing machine put back in full operation. By the time of the armistice in 1918, fifteen million would be slaughtered.

Not many people have heard the story of the Christmas Truce. On Christmas Day, 1988, a story in the Boston Globe mentioned that a local FM radio host played 'Christmas in the Trenches,' a ballad about the Christmas Truce, several times and was startled by the effect. The song became the most requested recording during the holidays in Boston on several FM stations. 'Even more startling than the number of requests I get is the reaction to the ballad afterward by callers who hadn't heard it before,' said the radio host. 'They telephone me deeply moved, sometimes in tears, asking, "What the hell did I just hear?"'

I think I know why the callers were in tears. The Christmas Truce story goes against most of what we have been taught about people. It gives us a glimpse of the world as we wish it could be and says, 'This really happened once.' It reminds us of those thoughts we keep hidden away, out of range of the TV and newspaper stories that tell us how trivial and mean human life is. It is like hearing that our deepest wishes really are true: the world really could be different."

~~~~~
If we could connect across man-made boundaries and borders a century ago, when collective consciousness was so much less aware than now, imagine what is possible for us as we shake, rattle and roll towards 2012! All we need to do is recognize ("know again") our brothers and sisters in disguise--and a very thin disguise at that. Arms are for hugging, so let us invoke the old telephone company slogan and reach out, reach out and touch someone!
Saving Fungi Might Save Your Life
I'm reading Pulitzer Prize-winning biologist E.O. Wilson's book, The Creation: An Appeal to Save Life on Earth. It was highly recommended by visionary activist astrologer Caroline Casey, who is a beacon for our times (and featured on my Beacons web page). I've quoted Wilson's words here before, but from a secondary source.
Although I already feel deeply aligned with his message, and understand intellectually the critical role insects and plants play in maintaining life on Earth, his description on page 31 of why we should care about vanishing ecosystems brought me up short. It's almost unimaginable, how a seemingly lowly flora or creature could render the most magnificent blessing. The following stunned me and made me want to research all of his examples in depth:
"Critics of environmentalism...forget, if they ever knew, how the voracious caterpillars of an obscure moth from the American tropics saved Australia's pastureland from the overgrowth of cactus; how a Madagascar 'weed', the rosy periwinkle, provided the alkaloids that cure most cases of Hodgkin's disease and acute childhood leukemia; how another substance from an obscure Norwegian fungus made possible the organ transplant industry; how a chemical from the saliva of leeches yielded a solvent that prevents blood clots during and after surgery; and so on through the pharmacopoeia that has stretched from the herbal medicines of Stone Age shamans to the magic-bullet cures of present-day biomedical science."
Turning of the Page, Turning of the Age
As 6 planets (including the Sun and Pluto, the Great Transformer) line up in Sagittarius this Winter Solstice, "the power of our thoughts and intentions radiates exponentially throughout the cosmos and all dimensions," says astrologer Allison Rae in her newsletter, Cosmic Time.
"Sagittarius, the sign of the Archer, seeks higher truth. This line-up of planets so close to the degree of the Galactic Center promises at least two things: the obliteration of existing systems, thoughts and beliefs, and the simultaneous rapture that accompanies revelation of the Great Beyond. This is a new beginning, the return of the Light, the Christ, Quetzalcoatl, Cosmic Consciousness, the union of Heaven and Earth.
"In these times, we're witnessing - and facilitating - the changeover of vast cosmic cycles, a period known as the Turning of the Ages. The 2,000-year Piscean Age is ending, the Aquarian Age beginning. The Mayan calendar ends in 2012, marking the completion of a 5,000-year period related to the 26,000-year precessional cycle. From the darkness of the Kali Yuga, the Satya Yuga emerges. We live in the between times, the dawn-moments of the next world age.
In this sacred season, embrace the Darkness, enter the Void . . . Center . . . Stillpoint . . . Home . . ."
Kucinich Running for President in 2008!
What a 12:12 portal to new dimensions! Dennis Kucinich, the only member of the House and Senate seeking the highest office in America who has consistently voted against the war in Iraq from the beginning, has just announced his candidacy for U.S. President in 2008!
I have never been political, but, like many of my generation, I was galvanized to action when Congressman Kucinich, D-Ohio, upon urging from people across the country, agreed to run for President in 2004. I joined with others to form a website that supported his work, published several articles, and saw him speak in person at Agape International Spiritual Center, the L.A.-based trans-denominational spiritual community founded by Dr. Michael Beckwith (who is featured in the rising underground new thought film, The Secret).
Listening to Dennis that November day in 2003 brought tears of recognition to my eyes, because he wasn't just speaking my language—he was using the exact words I'd so often chosen to express the shifting planetary paradigm, and our pivotal role in this evolution. When I shook his hand I made a pledge, to him and to myself, that we would get his message "past the censor," meaning all those who would attempt to pull the wool over our eyes.
In the last few years, a lot more people have wiped the sleep of self-forgetting from their eyes and minds. We're at critical mass on so many levels now, I feel 2008 will be a watershed election. You know the bumper sticker that says, "If the people will lead, the leaders will follow"? It's up to us to choose, REALLY choose, this time. No more fake elections and silent nights. Let's lift up our voices and LET FREEDOM RING. Because, as those I interviewed for my international perspective article clearly state, what happens in the U.S. shapes the rest of the world.
Isn't it time to stand up for Truth?
Here are the articles I've published about Dennis and his vision:
Pluto Pumps Up the Volume
Just in from the UK, Marcus Mason offers up a Plutonic New Year's manifesto guaranteed to knock your socks into orbit around a distant star system! With Pluto, the Great Transformer, conjunct the Galactic Center (GC), we are being given a powerful opportunity (or shove) to shift into the Light collectively as never before. And it promises to be a wild and woolly ride.
When I personally came under the Plutonic knife in '94, it was a "slow, deliberate dance", as astrologer Coral Cadman told me at that time. I surrendered because there was nothing else to do; something one can only fully appreciate when it's your own turn to release and recall—or, as I've explained the Journey of Descent in a soundbite, to "dis-member in order to re-member."
Marcus shares a wealth of fascinating information about the conjunction, including how Pluto will "ping" a succession of other planets first, and how it will show up for us physically:
"There is an interesting sequence of cosmic events leading up to the Pluto/GC conjunction, which will make it touch us all at a very personal, as well a more detached spiritual level: On 8th Dec. Venus conjuncted Pluto, then on 18th Dec. the Sun conjuncts Pluto; on 20th Dec. the Moon conjuncts Pluto; on 26th Dec. Mercury conjuncts Pluto. All these planets will have passed over the GC before Pluto reaches it on 29th Dec. So first our emotional body (Venus) attunes to the Pluto/GC energies, then our spiritual-heart (Sun) attunes, then our energy body (Moon), then our mental body (Mercury), so by the time Pluto (our spiritual-will body) gets there, everything else will be either zinging in anticipation, or struggling to integrate these powerful GC energies, and perhaps in some cases producing physical symptoms as our physical body tries to integrate them.
"So, don't be surprised if you get strange abdominal symptoms (stomach and spleen - Venus), or maybe heart palpitations or anxiety feelings (Sun), or lower abdominal symptoms (kidneys, bladder, intestines, sexual organs - Moon), or throat and head symptoms, or mental confusion (Mercury) - the likelihood is that you would feel this wherever your most vulnerable areas normally lie. This is not to say that you will necessarily feel such symptoms, as many will not, but just to help understand what is happening if you do happen to experience unexplainable, weird, or undiagnosable symptoms. Remember that any pain or discomfort experienced in these regions is probably due to the resistances in your physical and energetic structure to these highly transformative energies pushing through the resistance of your cellular structure and crystallised energy patterns in the body, thoughts or feelings.
"Any form of energy medicine could be an appropriate first choice at these times, (ie: acupuncture, craniosacral, homoeopathy, bowen, reiki, kinesiology, energy-based massage, shiatsu, tui na, etc, etc). Symptoms, if they occur, should pass quite quickly, although the really deep-rooted stuff may take longer and not get fully resolved until the end of the Pluto/GC conjunction next year. Wherever a symptom may be, regard it from the viewpoint of 'how am I not expressing my true will in this area of my life? What is the underlying pattern of disempowerment that is causing my energy to get stuck here in particular?' When the energy shifts, then the symptoms will improve. (Of course, if such symptoms persist for a prolonged period then you should seek medical advice.)"
The rest of his report is equally laden with useful material, though quite lengthy and not posted to his site, so if you'd like me to forward the entire e-mail on to you, just let me know.
Beyond that, my counsel is: pry your mental fingers loose if you have to, and let go into free-fall. There's an invisible cosmic trampoline beneath you, and besides—whether you remember it yet or not—you already know how to fly.
Front-Row Seating at the Celestial Ballet
On Sunday just before sunrise, we'll be treated to a once-this-lifetime planetary triple play, when Jupiter, Mercury and Mars nestle together in the pre-dawn skies. This kind of line-up won't happen again till 2053, so you may not be embodied for the encore.
I find it intriguing that Jupiter will be flanked by the planets that rule communication and action. Jupiter is the orb of expansion, manifestation, full-bodied expression. What and how do we wish to express now; what do we most want to make visible to the naked eye?
It promises to be a stunning performance: Jupiter will appear white, Mercury pinkish and Mars will butterscotch-colored.
Miami, Florida Space Transit Planetarium Director Jack Horkheimer waxed lyrical about the event: "It is a lovely demonstration of the celestial ballet that goes on around us, day after day, year after year, millennium after millennium. When I look at something like this, I realize that all the powers on Earth, all the emperors, all the money, cannot change it one iota. We are observers, but the wonderful part of that is that we are the only species on this planet that can observe it and understand it."
A Time of Unfoldment
Maggie Erotokritou, coordinator of The Planetary Awakening Network, has her finger on the pulse of Now. If you're wondering why you feel more befuddled when you're "awake" than before, read on for her succinctly insightful explanation:
"This is an interesting time of unfoldment, the completion of many cycles and the opening to the new. As we know, when one door closes, another one opens. Certainly since my trip to Peru this has been my experience. I think this is both personal, karmic and planetary.
"As we look back, we can see that since the beginning of this millennium, 2000, energetically there has been a speeding up of everything. It is as though time is no longer the same, and that's why so many people feel they don't have enough time, or they can't quite get a grip on things or deep within they feel out of sync, often something just does not feel quite right. Unless you align with yourself on a daily basis and to the greater cosmic alignment, which is always shifting, it may feel that it is hard to keep up.
"That is part of why on an outer level, it appears like so many things are going crazy. Even though so many more people are waking up and becoming more conscious, on another level those who are not aware appear to be falling deeper into the abyss of unconsciousness.
"What I believe is needed is greater vision, more attunement to the higher levels and a very deep clearing of whatever issues stand in the way. This may seem obvious, and of course it is, but the work has to be done on a very deep level, and those who do engage in this clearing also do it for the collective consciousness. Being truly responsible and acting from the highest level of integrity is essential for anyone who is sincerely on the spiritual path. All around us we see those who proclaim to be spiritual, and then act in insincere and unconscious ways without consideration for others.
"We live and exist in a pool of consciousness, and everything we think and do affects this pool. We have the ability to shift, change and transform this consciousness. Sometimes we may feel disempowered and that we don't have the ability to make a difference, but if we remember that each of us has an important part to play and really can make a difference and recognize that it starts with each individual, we'll see that, like the hundredth monkey effect, it only needs one person to change a trend, to turn things around and to gain momentum.
"As we move into the last part of the year and feel the Winter Solstice approaching, it is always a good time to reflect on how the year has been, how we wish to complete it and to prepare for the New Year to come. I always find this an exciting process, and look forward to the beginning of the New Year and creating new things. Of course we can make plans and prepare for the new, any day of the year, but somehow the end of the year offers an extra opportunity to do that, it's like a bonus.
"Energetically I can feel this inner shift, and recognize changes that need to be made, things that need to be let go of and new things that are ready and waiting to come in, and this is the continuous unfolding process of life, which we are here to experience and enjoy."
We Are Becoming Galactic Humans
Virginia Essene and Sheldan Nidle co-authored You Are Becoming a Galactic Human in 1994, when I was deep in the throes of my own awakening process. During this period, I kept hearing the word "radiance" in my mind, without knowing quite what it meant.
Now we're waking up en masse, and it's both thrilling and challenging. Archangel Michael through Celia Fenn says at this time, we'll begin to truly perceive ourselves as the galactic, multidimensional beings that we are. During December, we can "expect increased luminescence and radiance to pour forth from your Sun, as the Earth spirals into a new cycle. This in turn will accelerate consciousness on the planet to a Higher Octave. We can say, dearest ones, that we expect a significant shift in the Collective Consciousness in this period, beginning with the 12:12 Stargate on the 12th of December, and moving through to the Solstice on the 22nd of December."
Stepping into our cosmic birthright means traversing the man-made "fear zone" (don't we all know THIS one well!) and becoming full-on Heart Warriors. What might the process look and feel like? Michael counsels:
"On the PHYSICAL level, you may feel tired to the point of exhaustion as the energy bodies spin faster in response to the accelerated frequencies of light. You may feel 'waves' of energy flowing through your arms and legs, and these feelings may be quite powerful at certain times. You may struggle to sleep at night, and then be very tired during the day, wanting to sleep. So, rest as much as you can. All is Well.
On the EMOTIONAL level you may feel like you are living on a roller coaster! Up and then down. You may be irritable and quick to flare up. Or you may be depressed and anxious. You may, at times, feel intense fear and anxiety and be afraid to be alone. You may feel like you are going to die, but remember you are traversing an artificial fear zone created of man-made fears and illusions, so just breathe and release. All is Well.
On the MENTAL level, you may feel as if everything is moving too fast, and you may feel mentally exhausted and near burn-out. This is because in western culture the mind is overactive and over stimulated anyway. An increase in light frequency will further stimulate the mind and exacerbate an already out of balance situation. Relax, breathe, allow things to flow at their own speed and don't try to 'keep up', you will never be able to. The best response is to 'slow down' and just 'flow', no resistance, just acceptance. All is Well.
On the HEART level you may FEEL everything very intensely. Celebrate. You are reconnecting with the Cosmic Heartbeat and feeling the flow of Divine Creative Energy in every cell."
I've already been feeling the exhaustion and emotional roller-coastering, for sure! So once again, it's vital that we remember: amping up the frequency causes responses in our 3-D bodies, minds, emotions and world as we adjust to the higher vibration.
We are Luminous! We are Galactic! We are The Light! Can you feel the Joy?
Thanks as always for playing.
Much love, Amara
